« Communication with the staff was a major problem so the check in was not as smooth as one would wish for. I had a queen size bed with a double size duvet cover. My shower was either scalding hot or very cold. The breakfast that I received was extremely disappointing, my morning coffee was undrinkable. Overall totally unhappy with the accommodation . Could not recommend this to anybody . :-(( »

He helped us arrange a bus for a good price, gave us tips for what to do at our next leg of the trip, and generally had a lovely family and home stay. Would recommend staying here to anyone »

Lovely breakfast and laundry done same day ready for departure. « Oblige mettre un commentre car tout etait parfait nous navons passé qu'une nuit mais avons vecu 2 jours au top grace à notre hote . Il est aussi d'excellent conseil pour les diffenrents tours proposé dans la region. Mes parent sont vietnamien et j'ai donc grandi avec cette nourriture tous sa pour dire que la nourriture le soir y etait juste trop bonne tout est fait maison jusqu'au riz cultivé sur place. Et pour finir il nous enmene au lieu de rdv pour reccuperer le bus pour notre prochaine...

« Chambre propre, personnel agréable mais un peu speed, petit déjeuner simple (boisson et œufs ou pancake). Étant arrivé à 4AM, on a pu déposer nos backpack jusqu'à la récupération de notre chambre! On nous a même offert une boisson lorsque nous attendions notre bus du soir pour repartir! C'est une bonne adresse avec un bon rapport qualité/prix »

The only complaint is that we made special request - "if no elevator could we have a 2nd floor room" There is no elevator and we were given a room on the top floor. The hofel was nearly empty and we are old and find it difficult to climb stairs. »

" ⸻ Subject: Feedback on Recent Stay at Rex Quảng Bình I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my experience, which, unfortunately, was disappointing. First and foremost, the toilet in room 1011 - This is a family room - had a very unpleasant and persistent smell, seemingly coming from the waste collector. It was so overwhelming that it felt like I was sleeping in a garbage room. This issue seriously affected the comfort and quality of my stay. Additionally, during breakfast service, I encountered a staff member at the soup station who was notably unfriendly. Her attitude toward guests came across as dismissive, if not outright rude. Whether this was due to her demeanor or simply a lack of customer service training, it left a negative impression. To make matters worse, my brother developed a stomachache shortly after consuming an egg from the breakfast buffet. While we cannot confirm the cause with certainty, this incident raised concerns about food hygiene and safety standards at your establishment. Based on this experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to Rex Quảng Bình Hotel in the future. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work toward improving the overall guest experience. Sincerely, Nguyen "
