### Located at sea level, privacy and sea views

Isolated Between orchards and banana plantations, with good weather on the coast of Puntallana.  
Starting from an original nucleus, a new dwelling has been designed perfectly integrated in the middle. The main room is the living room; to gain luminosity and space this communicates visually with the bathroom, the kitchen and the two bedrooms. The fireplace, flanked by masonry shelves, enrich the aesthetics of the living room. The attraction of outdoor life means that spaces such as the porch become more important. The iron and wood furniture provide a comfortable stay.  
Located in an area of ​​coast of the municipality of Puntallana, known as Martin Luis, near the beautiful beach of Nogales where the warm climate facilitates the cultivation of banana to form a green and peaceful landscape.
