The Neighborhood:

Jolly Roger Boulevard runs through Pirate Harbor, a small, secluded waterfront community on the eastern shore of Charlotte Harbor, off the Burnt Store Road corridor south of Punta Gorda. It's quiet and unpretentious, with canal homes, docks and a strong boating and fishing character rather than resort amenities.
