Welcome to 217 at Faro de Mita! This fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath vacation home is conveniently located within a gated community Faro de Mita, just steps from the beach in beautiful Punta de Mita.   
  
217 at Faro de Mita boasts a traditionally decorated interior including local art and comfortable furnishings, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The open-concept air conditioned living area features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining space and a bright living room space with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bedroom is a serene retreat, complete with a plush king-size bed, built in closets, air conditioning and dedicated work space.

What a wonderful trip. This property had everything we needed down to an amazing host that responded within minutes to answer our questions. While the balcony of this property faced one of the main, but mostly quiet, streets of Punta De Mita, for us it was a non factor as we spent most of the time enjoying the amazing town, grounds, and pool. Everyone we encountered on the property, local restaurants, and on the street were very friendly. The host provided a guide for their favorite places and even surfing locations. The host requested that we keep the air conditioning off when we were not in the room, yet the room seemed to hold the cool air very well. While the walls in this property (and I'm sure the complex) are thin (as I have found with most places in Mexico), everything was comfortable and we easily slept through the sounds of clunks and people walking by the room every night. Private beach access to a great looking sand beach was awesome, but note that the beach is suited for surfing and paddle boarding and was not the most ideal for swimming. With a pool like we had, who needs it! I would certainly book this property again.
