Elegimos Impressive premium y fue la mejor desición. Para los restaurantes que no habia espacio el mayordomo Jobrailyn Cedeño nos ayudo a conseguir reservacion en todos y siempre estaba pendiente de nuestras necesidades. La comida fue muy buena, para el buffet recomiendo ir a la hora de apertura porque si no despues hay mucho revulú en el buffet. El entretenimiento muy bueno pero deberian incluir mas actividades y musica hispana/latina. En la piscina premium Juan es el mejor bartender.

I did enjoy my stay, however there were a few issues: the in-room mini bar is not a mini bar. It included 2 mini Coors Lights, pop, and water. Room service either delivered late or not at all. Too many people stopping you to purchase excursions inside the resort. Noisy construction next to our buioding all day for our entire stay.

This resort seemed promising and affordable after our other resort got closed for renovations. Unfortunately, it was everything but that.. everyone on the trip got food poisoning; they often served under cooked meats (raw chicken!!!), and I am skeptical as to whether or not they cooked with bottled water. Also, the staff was not very friendly and welcoming, except the staff around the premium pool. Juan, Cappuccino, and some of the ladies working the premium pool were so fun and inviting, but nobody else in the resort was. Someone from our group also got a bad ear infection after going under water at the pools. All in all it was fine but it could’ve (and should’ve) been so much better. SIDE NOTE: a couple from our party moved rooms FOUR TIMES because of multiple issues; broken A/C units in rooms, double beds instead of one king (they are a couple), etc etc. Our ocean front room was amazing except that the A/C also did not work great and mosquitos kept coming in through a crack under the sliding room door.

Es un excelente lugar para relajar y pasar en familia. El personal es alegre, amable, cortes, siempre atento a tus necesidades, ahi especial nombrar a nuestro Mayordomo Jose y al personal del Restaurante On the Grill, son fantasticos, agradables, muy educados y atentos a tus necesidades me senti con atencion personalizada al igual que los 9 integrantes del grupo familiar que estabamos de vacaciones. Katerin es una experta en omelettes, Yeimi, Reinaldo, Tony, Reina, Eliza, Alba, fueron excelentes y la Supervisora con su amplia sonrisa siempre nos mantenia alegres, al igual que todo el personal. En general la atencion en los restaurantes es buena. Las actividades en las noches animan muy bien a los huespedes, musica en vivo y grabada, el Circo fue espectacular, nuestra opinion es positiva. En general pasamos unas excelentes vacaciones. Solo hay que sennalar que la conexion Wifi es irregular, es mas estable en las habitaciones pero cuando estas al aire libre va y viene. Este es el unico aspecto a mencionar como negativo durante nuestra estancia.

Spur of the moment & only saw neg reviews after booking. don't know what they were talking about! Lovely well maintained resort w/ great staff & perfect ocean. Front desk did suggest an upgrade from "ocean view" to "ocean front". Not expensive & well worth it. Food is what one expects in the Caribbean, but plenty of very fresh veggies. A solid 4 star resort at 3 star prices.

The property besides being beautiful is well maintained. I was very pleased with the staff service in all areas except the premium front desk staff. They should all be retrained or get rid off, starting for the manager that was there on my arrival on 2/23/23 afternoon. The room was very nice but the beds were too hard. I had requested a queen size bed and I was given a double bed. I honestly think that they do not treat some guests from Expedia very well. They just try to accommodate them in the rooms less sellable. This my second time booking thru expedia and I don't think I will do any more. I honestly do not know if this review helps.

Horrible horrible week we had. Do not recommend this hotel. Food was awful, buffet and specialty restaurants. Staff was okay but mostly rude. Our room was very loud we could hear everything. Cleaning service passed twice during our one week. We had to call them to come and when they decided to come it was at 5pm or 730am when we were in the room … made absolutely no sense. The hotel got worse by the day. Drain in the shower didn’t work. Cockroaches in the bathtub. Honestly one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at. Definitely not a 4.5-5 star hotel.

We had an amazing vacation at this hotel!! While some reviews we saw before booking were a bit concerning, we’re glad we did not follow them! 1. Food: the food is amazing, you get to eat local food!! This is a great place to go if you want to eat plantains, all types of beans and grilled meat, and many other local dishes. This is not the place to go if you’re looking to eat burgers, pizza and pasta, although they serve them daily as well. 2. Staff: all the staff is really friendly, always smiling and saying hi. Many complained that they “only” speak Spanish..but how many foreign languages do are spoken in North America and Europe? The hotel is kept really cleaned daily, there are many pools, and great access to the beach. The gym is really great too. The hotel maintains gardens around buildings, which makes it really nice to walk around.

The staff did an excellent job and was friendly. Nimrod was great at check-in. It does have a nice split where Premium guests can have a quiet area on the beach or you can go to a busier, louder pool. The problems were we were in a villa ocean front room, which has amazing views. However, 3 nights in a row there were theme nights or a private party. The private party was so loud the closet doors rattled in my room. It went on from 8pmm to 11pm. The other issue is the main buffet can't handle the number of guests and is really limited in options. Lines would be 30 people long waiting to get food. We've been to 8 other resorts in Punta Cana and never encountered such long lines.

Good location, polite, kind staff and nice landscaping with beautiful ocean view BUT the resorts’s bedroom interiors are very disappointed, like beds are very uncomfortable! The room in general has a terrible smell like old, humidity, it has old furniture, dirty, stained dining chairs, mattresses, sofas, chairs, sheets and towels are very old and rough on the skin, too. I had to book another place at ‘TRS Cana Hotel’ to stay the rest of my vacation. I definitely don’t recommend to stay at this place called ‘Impressive Premium resort’
