### Bávaro beach: an excellent location in Punta Cana

This modern apartment is located just a few meters from the beach and also offers direct access to the majestic pool of the residential complex, which can be seen from the terrace. It is fully equipped for you to enjoy your vacation days to the fullest. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from restaurants, bars, pharmacies, hospitals, and places of interest. We will be available to assist you during your stay, creating an unforgettable experience on a fabulous beach.  
The space  
The property is fully equipped, located on the second floor with an elevator, offering beautiful views of the pool and parking within the condominium. The wifi is high-speed.  
  
An excellent and cozy space where you will feel at home, with personalized assistance and a strategic location in the tourist area of Bávaro, Punta Cana.  
Guest access  
Located in one of the most touristic areas of the city, surrounded by restaurants, stores and outdoor activities. Whether you want to enjoy the sun on the beach or just relax by the condo's pool, you have it all here.  
Other things to note  
Electricity is not included in the rate; the daily cost is 10 USD.  
  
You will have an assigned parking spot throughout your stay.  
  
The apartment includes toiletries, water and coffee, which are not replenished during the stay, so you may need to purchase some essentials at the nearest supermarket or at the local minimarket, which offers free home delivery.  
  
If something is not working when you enter the apartment, you must report it immediately.
