« The property was beautiful. Accommodations were great! We went there with another family. Ages of people ranged from 11-50. There was something for everyone to do. One of the best parts was having the full time chef. We planned to go out a couple of times to eat but after eating there a couple of times we changed our minds and never left to go out and eat! "Soyons clair, on touche au sublime. Rien ne manque ou laisse un sentiment d'inachevé. Les chambres sont belles, le rafiné est omniprésent. L'hôtel est tres bien entretenu que ce soit au niveau de la végétation, des allées ou des espaces piscine & co. Le personnel est tres attentif sans etre invasif. Bref, c'est un must. Bien sûr le cenote privé fait son effet, un joyau unique. En résumé c'est un des plus beaux hotels que j'ai pu voir au niveau mondial - top 5 pour moi. Si je reviens sur Tulum, je ne regarderai meme pas la concurrence, il n'y en a pas et n'en aura pas. Bravo !"
