« A very nice and, most importantly, clean place. The rooms are a bit small but sufficient for a family of 2+2 teenagers to stay for a week and have a great time. "Personnel d'accueil professionnel, souriant et aimable. Chambre simple, fonctionnelle et avec mini-réfrigérateur. Salle de bain neuve. Petite bouteille d'eau offerte chaque jour (merci, c'est agréable). Réservation du spa (1 h 30) : c'est agréable (vestiaire et toilettes sont prévus dans l'espace privatisé pendant 1 h 30). Petit-déjeuner sucré/salé correct. Parking à l'arrière de l'hôtel et terrasse couverte. Un peu éloigné du centre-ville, mais très bien desservi. Arrêt du tram à 5 minutes à pied. Si je repasse à Ostrava, j'y reviendrai sans hésitation."
