Nestled in the Valdebek district of Pula, Croatia, the "Linden Tree" is a charming single-family vacation rental house boasting two stories and a delightful array of amenities. Surrounded by a spacious 670 m2 private, fenced property, you'll find a lush lawn, wildlife garden, and an inviting swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 1.4 m depth) with an internal staircase, perfect for refreshing dips during the seasonal availability from May 9th to October 17th. Indoors, you'll enjoy the convenience of internet access and a washing machine.  
  
Outdoors  
Step outside and immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings. Relax on the terrace (20 m2), furnished with comfortable garden furniture, or fire up the barbecue for al fresco dining. Children can enjoy endless hours of fun on the playground, complete with a swing and trampoline. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site badminton court and the proximity to walking paths (100 m) and a cycle lane (150 m).

The "Linden Tree" offers ample parking for up to 4 cars on the premises. Conveniences such as shops and restaurants are within easy reach, with a shop just 200 m away and a restaurant at a 1 km distance. The property comprises three apartments rented as one unit, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor, making it ideal for families seeking a spacious and private getaway.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 9-room house that spans across two levels, with a total area of 240 square meters. The ground floor features a living/dining room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchen corner, and a satellite TV with a flat-screen display and air conditioning. This level also has two rooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Additionally, there is another living/dining room with a satellite TV, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. The ground floor also includes a room with a French bed of the same dimensions and an open kitchen outfitted with two hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Two shower/WC facilities are available on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
Moving upstairs via the exterior staircase, you'll find another living/dining room with a satellite TV, air conditioning, and access to the terrace. This level boasts three more bedrooms: one with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, another with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third with a double bed consisting of two 80 cm beds combined to create a 200 cm length. The upper floor also features an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC and a separate shower/bidet/WC facility.  
  
Other Information  
The property offers ample outdoor space, including two covered terraces measuring 20 square meters each and an additional 4-square-meter terrace. Terrace furniture and deck chairs are provided, allowing you to enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the garden. For your convenience, a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer are available. Internet access is also provided through a free WiFi connection. The layout is designed to accommodate multiple families or groups, with separate apartments on the ground floor and first floor, each having its own living/dining area, open kitchen, and bedrooms, as well as external and separate entrances, ensuring privacy and flexibility during your vacation.
