This lovely air condition apartment is situated on the ground floor of a brand new family home in Pula.  
It is comfortably furnished and has a beautiful veranda with a garden view and BBQ.  
The garden is fenced and well maintained, perfect for kids and pets.  
Pula's most beautiful city beaches are just 5 minutes away by car as well as the city's centre and it shops and cafes.
