Luxurious single-family house "House Eric&Paolo" awaits your arrival in Pula, Croatia. This two-story vacation rental boasts a spacious lawn, a stunning angular swimming pool with an internal staircase, and essential amenities like Internet WiFi, a yard, and parking on the premises. Unwind in the garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area, or enjoy a game of table football or trampoline fun within the property.

The property's outdoor spaces are truly remarkable. Immerse yourself in the beauty of a lush 40 m2 lawn, perfect for relaxation or outdoor activities. Take a refreshing dip in the angular swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm), available seasonally from May 1st to October 1st. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower and a barbecue area, complete with swing seating for alfresco dining. The owner/gardener ensures the pool's maintenance, allowing you to fully savor your idyllic surroundings.

Situated just 2 km from the center of Pula and 5.5 km from the center of Fažana, this vacation rental offers easy access to various amenities. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 9-room house spanning across 200 square meters on two levels. The property was partially renovated in 2019, ensuring a cozy and welcoming ambiance. On the ground floor, you'll find a living/dining room with a kitchen corner, complete with satellite TV and air conditioning. This area leads out to a terrace, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air. Additionally, there is a room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning, and another room with a French bed (180 cm, length 190 cm). The ground floor also features a room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and an open kitchen equipped with four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Two showers and toilets are conveniently located on this level.  
  
The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, boasts a living room with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, leading out to a balcony. You'll find three additional bedrooms on this level: one with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), another with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), and a third with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). The upper floor also features a kitchen with a dining table, air conditioning, a dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower, a shower/bidet combination, and a toilet are available for your convenience.  
  
Amenities Included  
Your vacation home is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Forced-air heating keeps the property warm and cozy during cooler months. The outdoor spaces include a 10 square meter balcony and a 20 square meter roofed terrace, complete with terrace furniture and deck chairs, allowing you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. For your convenience, a washing machine, iron, and baby cot are provided. Additionally, you'll have access to free WiFi internet throughout the property.

The house is a non-smoking property, ensuring a fresh and pleasant environment for all guests. For your safety, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are installed. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties. When there are fewer guests than the maximum capacity, not all housing units will be available for use. The ground floor consists of two apartments, each with an external entrance, living/dining area, open kitchen, and bedrooms (one apartment with one bedroom and the other with two bedrooms). The upper floor features a single apartment with a living/dining area, open kitchen, and three bedrooms. This flexible layout allows the property to accommodate varying group sizes while ensuring optimal comfort and privacy.
