Villa Hrvatin is a 2-family house situated in the Štinjan area, 5 km from Pula, Croatia. It offers a private property of 800 m2 with a fenced garden, lawn, and wildlife garden. The villa features a seasonal swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) with an internal staircase, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area. It also provides internet WiFi access and parking for two cars. This vacation rental is an ideal choice for those seeking a comfortable and well-equipped accommodation close to various amenities.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a well-maintained outdoor space, including a garden with a lawn and a wildlife area. The angular swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) is available seasonally from April 15 to October 15 and features an internal staircase. Guests can enjoy an outdoor shower, a barbecue area, and pool maintenance services provided by the owner or gardener.

The second bedroom has a French bed (160 cm, 200 cm length), while the third room offers two beds (90 cm, 200 cm length).

The open kitchen is well-equipped, featuring an oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, two gas rings, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, the apartment has a washing machine for your convenience. You can enjoy complimentary internet access (WiFi) throughout your stay. The apartment accommodates a maximum capacity of six guests and allows one small pet or dog.
