1-room apartment 39 m2, on the ground floor. Studio with 1 sofabed and 1 french bed (150 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Terrace 10 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Аппартаменты тихие, уютные, чистые. Хозяин замечательный. Для двоих площади вполне хватает. До моря идти 7 мин., до пляжа 10-15 мин. Автобус до города Пула ходит один раз в час. Инфрастуктуры в городе больше нет.
