Overrated resort some Cuban resort have more variety in their choice of food. We pay for the sunclub section especially to have a more quiet place at the beach... but everyday it was overcrowded by local because the security man Angel wasnt doing itsjob. The room was great although hot water is almost not available during the evening. Staff are friendly and always willing to help. This resort didnt meet my expectation and will not recommend it unless your looking for overpriced 3stars.

Trop de contrôle par le numéro de chambre......... à tous les endroits, ça manque de liberté, avec un bracelet au poignet ça règlerait tous ces problémes.... resto, bar , piscine, taxi, etc.

C'est une norme appliquée dans les 52 hôtels de l'entreprise pour donner à nos clients la liberté mais malheureusement, dans notre hôtel, il est compliqué par le fait que nous avons des condominiums attachés à l'hôtel. Néanmoins soyez assuré que toutes vos suggestions et commentaires constructifs ont été transmis aux zones correspondantes et nous attendrons votre retour! Buffet souvent la même chose. pas fruit mer. Si vous partez plus que 20 minutes ils enlèvent votre serviette de plage cause manque de chaise longue. pas grand chose à faire le soir dans lhotel. restaurant à la carte Italien très long. pas grand chose dans assiette. plage petite.beaucoup de vendeur à plage sa devient fatiguant.

The property wasnt in great shape. Only 1 elevator in service, which cause massive delays going to room etc and down, to the point where we walked up and down stairs to our 7th floor room. Pool bar opens way to late, sometimes not until noon, while the pool is full with guests by 10am. Staff were friendly, rooms were ok, could use some more drawers etc. Beach was nice, pool was nice. Food was ok at best.

The common areas were very clean and well maintained. The rooms could use a little updating but were very clean. Housekeeping did amazing! They were very attentive and the concierge was great as well. The onsite Dr was nice but needed to be clear on basic payment practices. Lots of room for improvement on her part. They had a wonderful buffet area. Staff was wonderful but 1 person in particular wasn't clear on the dress code. My husband was turned away for wearing a tank shirt and we politely changed, no problem, we respect their rules. However when we came back there was a woman wearing a thong and a transparent shirt who was allowed in. Don't understand how thong is appropriate??? Next day i saw a gentleman in a tank as well. I was a little disappointed in the treatment.

I liked the fact that there were many food option in walking distance and shopping... The staff was not friendly, as a latino, i was not acknowledged the same as white ppl. Sad to say. When i approached the entainment staff they just blew me off....

Second time staying at this hotel. First time was great, but it has gone down in quality. The staff is great, and tends to go above and beyond to help. The hotel itself needs work - the pool specially. Tiles missing, water not clear - not inviting. The buffet also had way less choices for a healthy meal than before. The rooms are looking a little different than the pictures too - dated, and in need of a facelift. The location is good, and the beach is great for long walks.

Close to Malecon. Location is excellent. Food was very good with lots of choices. Pool was quite busy so bartenders were busy. Beach was beautiful with plenty of space 😍

Special shout-out to Eric, captain of the bellhops, for going above and beyond for me on my first trip to Mexico. I chose this resort as a "budget friendly" option and I was very happy with my selection. Yes, the pool could use some touch ups on the tilework but overall I had a lovely time.

The property was horrible. The food service was horrible. The customer service was average. The rooms were horrible. The pictures from the rooms online does not match the rooms when you arrive. I wouldn’t recommend this property ever. Major updates. Need to be done.

We had a family vacation here and it was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and always friendly. The facilities were always clean and everything was gorgeous. The food at the restaurants was okay but for anyone with dietary restrictions, options were limited but you can make it work. You do need to get towels on patio chairs around 8am to ensure you get a spot of your choosing. They will pick up towels if you leave them too long unattended so leave your cheap flip flops with it. We booked excursions right at the hotel, and were able to get Uber or taxis to pick up directly in front and staff will call for taxis for you. Part of our family took advantage of the “babysitting” service. Kids got to do activities and staff took them for meals and played in the kids pool area. This is a great place for the price. (I’m vegan and I was able to have enough food options even though they were limited)

Had a great time with family at sunscape. There are some areas that are in need of repair but overall was great. Also needs more food options.

A/c in room would make noise and would leak from ceiling more then once while there and didn’t care to move us rooms. Water from shower leaked out. Laundry there is very expensive! They gave us vouchers but we’re only able to use them in very limited areas(we didn’t even get to use them). We had to travel outside of hotel to be able to use one coupon per person. Unbelievable! Food was always the same. Italian restaurant only ages 8 and up were able to dine in. Dress code they would send the guys back to put on a T-shirt because they were unable to wear a tank top shirt while dinning and we were on “vacation” We learned from this experience. I would travel to puerto Vallarta but not to this resort. The help was not all that great.

Well this should come as no surprise that the buffets were average and not very much authentic Mexican cuisine, but this is something we had expected. The two restaurants that were open on site, we're fantastic and nothing but rave reviews. The entertainment for kids look like fun and the evening activities were very enjoyable. We didn't expect children to be in all areas, pools etc. But we were aware it was a family resort, just made for a little bit more noise I think. The staff were stellar, from service in the buffets, bartenders and waitresses out by the beach or by the pool, front desk staff, just absolutely wonderful. This was our first time at an all-inclusive, it was what we expected, we know it's not a five-star resort, but it certainly met all our needs and I would recommend going.

Cleaning staff and bar service was great . Had the minor discrepancy at a restaurant with the staff acting like I was invisible which the manger decided to resolve in front of all the guests. Which was very unprofessional. Everything was okay until that moment . But overall it’s was okay food is tasteless. Pool needs to be renovated along with many other improvements such as the elevator closing abruptly on guests and not going to the designated floors it going to seriously hurt someone one day that need to be fixed .
