Located in the heart of the vibrant, culturally diverse and welcoming Romantic Zone in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Its convenient location is just a few steps from Puerto Vallarta’s Los Muertos beach and a short stroll to the iconic Malecon boardwalk, galleries, best restaurants and entertainment areas. Pacifica’s attractive contemporary Mexican design features fine contemporary finishes and only 37 residences with beautiful ocean, mountain and city views. The Pacifica complex includes an elevator, a stunning roof top terrace where you will be able to enjoy the spacious heated infinity pool, and socialize with friends in the Jacuzzi. Casa de Cereza is located on the 2nd floor and boasts a beautiful corner view spanning Sierra Madre Mountains, downtown Vallarta and the jungles. The condo is a gorgeous 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms unit with over 1,300 sq. ft. of living space. The home is professionally decorated with luxury, warm finishes and top name appliances for your comfort and enjoyment in paradise. Nearly all of the furniture is custom designed and built by local artisans: iron craftsman, carpenters, and artists who all take enormous pride in their craft. Casa de Cereza is designed for comfortable, open concept living including a modern eat-in kitchen and island that accommodates four people (as does the custom dining area on the terrace). The kitchen is designed with granite countertops and backsplashes and modern appliances. It comes fully equipped with all that you need to prepare your meals, including stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, large gas cook top and oven, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster and high-powered blender. Additionally you will find a large-capacity washer and dryer, a local land line phone, wireless internet, dual zone air conditioning and a building-wide purified water system. The living area features a custom crafted entertainment center with a 68” flat screen smart TV, Apple TV with Netflix, cable TV, a Sonos wireless audio system connected to four built-in speakers (shared with two additional speakers in the primary bedroom), two full-size designer sofas, organic Perota wood coffee table, ceiling fan and more. The living area opens onto the large terrace with nesting sliding glass doors for open air enjoyment. The terrace is furnished with custom-built dining area for 4, matching daybed on the other side, lounge chair and tropical plants. Here too you can enjoy sights and sounds of the bars, restaurants, vacationers on the walkways below as you're in the midst of all the action. Nicely decorated. Had issues with tv and didn't seem to get it resolved but didn't really need it after football games were over. Plenty of places to watch them out just felt like spending some time in condo too. Tv in second bedroom doesn't work at all just in case anyone wonders. Must have your own fire stick or something like that. Tv wasn't smart so no capability to do anything with it. Most people won't care much about that anyway but would've been nice to know that ahead of time. Also, relayed to property manager that it would be nice to have at least one more hairdryer for guests. One for three bathrooms just isn't sufficient. Everywhere provides them so we don't even bring one along anymore. They're so cheap that's an easy fix. Noise can be probably an issue for some but we've stayed in that same area before so we were prepared. Margarita Grill is the main culprit for music noise at night (which can be enjoyed on balcony) and then power washing in the mornings starting about 7:30\. Sound machine provided for main bedroom only. It is quieter in second bedroom and I have white noise on my phone so that worked ok.Pool deck is very nice and great views. Spent every day there and enjoyed it very much. Lots of nice, new people to chat with.Location is rough for the noise factor but it's so great for convenience. We never needed a taxi or Uber once during our week long visit. We would love to return! ##### JULIE P. From the time I inquired about the condo until the time we left, Carl was truly a godsend when it came to our vacation. He provided us with ride details, restaurant recommendations, steps on how to be safe and not only was the condo in an amazing location, the decor and comfortability it provided was top tier. The pool/views of the city were spectacular. The staff at the front desk, Armando was the absolute best help as well. I truly look forward to coming back in a few months. The apartment was well appointed with all the necessities in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We didn’t use the kitchen however there was more than enough equipment to cook with.We loved spending hours up at the pool, it was relatively quiet when we visited so most of the time we had it to ourselves. The best part of the property is its location within the Zona Romantica, there are amazing restaurants and cafes all within minutes (or even seconds!) of walking.The only suggestion I would suggest to change about the place would be the washing machine as it is getting a bit old and worn out.My partner and I both agreed that we would love to return to PV and stay here again as it was probably what made our trip so fantastic. The only challenge we had was that there was jackhamming behind the building for the first two mornings until 6 PM. No one in the building or management were aware that this was going to happen. Thankfully, it was only the first two days, and we spent most of our time those days walking around. The pool and its view are incredible. The location is perfect - close to dining, the beach, and shopping. The surrounding area is safe and there are no hills to climb for access. The condo is well appointed with everything you would need to prepare your meals or do your laundry. The bed in the second bedroom which can be separated to accommodate our teens was a bonus. If you're looking to be right in the middle of the Zona Romantica, then this place is the PERFECT choice for you. Not only is it a beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom, it's steps away from PVs nightlife, which makes for easy walks (or crawls) home after the clubs. The staff here is excellent, the pool is fantastic. You can't go wrong with this place and will definitely book again. Yes, there is street/bar chatter & music that you can hear from the neighboring restaurants, but we all thought the sounds were quite fun and provided a lively atmosphere for our stay. Plus it was NEVER too loud or annoying at any time of day. If you're looking for complete quietness in your search, then definitely move on. But I loved the sounds outside!
