All drinks and food consumed at the pool must be purchased from the rooftop bar and restaurant, any violation of this rule will result in a fine equivalent to $500 dollars. Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay. There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. After discovery of what was causing the issue - huge amounts of mold in the modern drain cover , the property manager corrected the issue within 30 minutes. While the condo residence has an incredibly large Infiniti pool, it wasn’t used by any of the guests as it’s not heated. One of the primary reasons why I came to the condo was to utilize the pool. It was a shame that I didn’t know this - I would have probably considered another space ##### Bram G. You have different codes and elevators for your front door and the sliding glass door into the bedroom. It's a bit of a maze to get around. The elevator to our front door is in a parking garage that is currently being used for construction materials and work. So, several times we were walking through dust and chemical fumes. The bedroom is on an exterior hallway that everyone can walk by. So, you have to leave your shades down unless you want people looking into your room. With this unit being on the 4th floor it overlooks a parking garage where they keep the building trash cans. For over half our stay the trash cans were overflowing with trash the smelled. The pool was the most disappointing part of our stay. It is beautiful and perfect if you just want to sun bath with a great view, but the pool is way too cold to enjoy. The water is colder than the ocean. While this might be nice during the summer months, it caused most people to avoid getting in while we were there. Every person we talked to at the property and locals who had been to the pool commented on how cold the water is. The building is convenient for getting around, but it sits on the main road heading into/out of town, so you get a lot of traffic noise when you open the sliding glass doors to the patio. The gym is great. Even with the negative things we enjoyed our stay, but will go elsewhere in the future. ##### Carl O.
