The Space: We care a lot for your comfort, all our furnishings, mattresses, and hotel linens were specifically selected for your convenience. \* Master bedroom: comes with 1 king-size bed, and a full private bathroom with bathtub. We provide Soap 50g, Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel & Body Lotion. Also, you'll find a closet with a safe, hangers, a first aid kit, a hairdryer, extra toilet paper, and an iron & iron board. \*2nd bedroom: 1 king-size wall bed, and a private full bathroom. The Neighborhood: This 9th-floor apartment, located in an incredible Building (SOHO PV) in Puerto Vallarta, is just a few minutes away from beaches, restaurants, bars, theater, discos, spas, salons, ATMs, grocery stores, pharmacies, hospitals...! And important to mention, that the building is pretty safe and quiet. If you are looking for relaxing and enjoying bath-sun, this is a place for you! If you are planning your family vacations, this place is spacious and adorable! If you come with your loved one, we can help you to prepare a romantic dinner. And of course, if you come by yourself, the quiet and views will be comforting. Getting Around: Uber and taxis are available in the area anytime. If you require Airport transportation, we have a suburban available for $120 USD. Just let us know if you want the service. If you have a car, we include private parking with your stay and 24/7 Security. Other Things to Note: CHECK-IN: From 3:00 PM. Your concierge will welcome you in the lobby. CHECK-OUT: At 11:00 AM. This is a beautiful property with incredible views of the city, 5-10 minute walk to restaurants & bars, unreal rooftop pool and modern facilities. We were worried about the noise levels based on other reviews - the traffic was certainly loud but comparable to a typical stay in a busy city. When the windows were closed, we couldn’t hear anything. The prices for drinks at the rooftop bar were in line with CA / NYC prices averaging $12-15/drink but they were made well & the service was exceptional. Breathtaking views, three different balconies, amazing rooftop that always had either a lounger or bed available. Condo had all necessities for a longer stay, including coffee and a coffee maker, dishes, full kitchen, laundry…Did not give five stars because:-we could not bring our own food or drinks to the rooftop; forced to buy their significantly overpriced food and drinks -there was no hot water in bathroom sinks and kitchen sink (but lots for showers)-housekeeping every two days seemed excessive (we did mention we didn’t need it that much)-significant noise from highway right below-forced to wear a wrist band for the entire stay (common for hotels in PV but I didn’t expect this for a condo) ##### Andrew D. The condo was spot on with the pictures - beautiful view, very clean, kitchen was stocked with the items needed to cook quick and easy meals. The pool: wow wow wow! The pictures don’t do it justice. I would bet money this is the nicest pool in PV. Relaxing vibes. The pool is heated, the bar has tasty (but pricy) drinks and the restaurant isn’t worth it. Wasn’t super kid-friendly, but still such a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and helpful The location: perfect location within walking distance of the romantic zone and the beach. This condo is on a very busy street. No crosswalk across busy street which is fine for us, might be an issue for families with kids/mobility issues. There is a steep stair case to the left of the building that allows you to go under the busy road. Construction occurring on both sides of condo - didn’t bother us. The condo was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The views are amazing! The staff was kind and helpful. Our property contact person was super easy to reach and quick to answer. It was perfectly located for our needs: stores, bars, restaurants, beach. We really enjoyed the place!! While the views from the 9th floor were great, it was also very noisy. The sound from the trucks on the road could get very loud, day and night. And the glass doors are not super soundproof so we had to get used to it. Last little thing, it is forbidden to bring our drinks at the pool, even bottles of water. We were fine with that as they have bars up there. But the drinks are very expensive. But you don't have to buy anything! I would definitely stay there again and I recommand the place! ##### Vincent P.
