The Neighborhood Loft 268 is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Loft 268. The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west of Loft 268\. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc. Security This is a gated building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7\. If guests come to visit you, you'll be able to see their face on a video screen in the condo and can chat with them before deciding to let them in. This building is very safe in a safe neighborhood. Interaction with Guests A member of our team will meet you at the building for check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away. Guest Access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules: \- An open rooftop from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. \- A gym open from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, only 2 people at a time can use it and a reservation in advance is required. \- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 1:00 p.m. for maintenance reasons. \- A roofop bar open 7-days a week from 12:30pm to 7:30pm (Opening at 1pm on Wednesdays for rooftop and pool cleaning). \- Only two guests' visitors per unit are allowed in the condo and the common areas from 9 AM to 11 PM. They will need to register upon arrival on a binnacle and show a piece of ID. \- Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay, which will be provided at check-in. Getting Around You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable. Other Things to Note Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas, which will be provided at check-in during their stay. Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Only complaints would be no TV, only streaming if you have accounts and the WiFi was not good. Needed to work a bit and could never get a good connection. Otherwise place was lovely. I've stayed in this unit a few times and already have upcoming trips booked. Property management team is amazing to work with. The only thing I'd like to see improve is the wifi (specifically in the master bedroom) the wifi is still extremely weak with the door open. Other than that its always 5 stars to me. ##### Adam L. The condo was spacious for the four of us. Everything was very clean. Well stocked kitchen with basic needs and utensils. Bathrooms were clean and had enough supplies during our stay. Aurora who was the property manager was very professional. She promptly replies to all my questions prior to our arrival and was also very pleasant during our stay. Good location in the Romantic zone. The condo was on the third floor on a busy street so the balcony can be a bit noisy at time but that's typical of Puerto Vallarta. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would recommend the property. ##### Dung T. Check in process was great and Aurora, our point of contact was very sweet. She was able to give us an overview of the place and rules and was very responsive to request. The condo is perfect if you are staying long term. WiFi is fast but doesn’t reach the far bedroom. They are very strict on guests which was a bummer because we did have friends that wanted to visit but couldn’t. Overall it was awesome staying here! I would definitely come back ##### Mark R. Bathrooms small and not efficient. Great washer and dryer. Cleaning could be better found glass and dust behind nightstand and remotes were sticky . Not really covid cleaning. We had arranged late check out at 1 pm and on the day of departure we got a text at 9.30 on that day we had to check out at 11 am. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL from Lifestyle Properties. ##### Mark S. Don’t get me wrong, this condo and building are lovely! The location is awesome. The rules at the pool are crazy - especially the one where it’s not open at all on Mondays!! Like the entire pool area - seating and pool - are closed from 9-3 every Monday. We were only there for 5 days so one day makes a big difference. I was traveling with my sister who has mobility issues so going to the beach was not an option. This info should have been in the information online regarding the unit. It’s is not. That being said, the unit is clean and has everything you could want. Gerry was our contact person and he was lovely to deal with.
