Also, you'll find a closet with space to share with your accompaniment. Safe, hangers, First Aid Kit, hairdryer, extra Paper Toilet, iron, and board for clothes. The open-plan kitchen and living room area provide a seamless living experience, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, and Nest AC throughout the apartment. The living space extends to a large balcony, offering a serene city and ocean view, perfect for enjoying natural light and fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, while the living room, furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and high-speed Wi-Fi, serves as a cozy retreat. Guest Access: PIER 711's location on the 7th floor ensures proximity to the building's crowning jewel: the rooftop. Unlike any other in Puerto Vallarta, the rooftop features a state-of-the-art infinity pool with panoramic views, a sunken lounge area with fire pits, a Jacuzzi, and an exceptional bar. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop library, pool cabanas, tanning areas, two additional Jacuzzis, and an ocean-view gym. The building provides 24-hour security for peace of mind, making PIER 711 a perfect blend of luxury, security, and convenience. Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or in the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym. The property itself was beautiful and very clean and the location is walking distance from bars, restaurants and the beach. My only complaint is the bed. They were so uncomfortable and made getting a decent nights sleep nearly impossible. After 5 nights of sleeping on that mattress I couldn’t wait to go home.
