Checkout the Spectacular Views from the Private Balcony of the Pool Area, Beach, Ocean, the Mountains and the City of Puerto Vallarta. Casa Coco is approx. 15 minutes away from the airport and ten minutes to downtown. This beautiful, air conditioned, 750 sq ft condo is located in the Sunscape Resort on the 12th floor. Each room has a Queen size bed. The second bedroom is ideal when children are traveling with you. This condo can accommodate 4 Guests, it is ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids. The condo has been freshly painted, new pot lights and new Security Box. For Movie fans, there is a 46 " UHD, 4K, Smart TV. Sign into your Netflix account or do some shopping on Amazon.com. Renting this condo will not put a big dent in your wallet. Check out the great rates I offer. You will not find a better price for an Ocean front 2 bedroom condo. The 10 Feet wide Balcony door completely opens to blend the living room and Balcony together, giving you the open feeling. The nightly sunsets from the private balcony will be etched in your memory forever. From the wide windows in the master bedroom, you can watch the ocean waves while reading your favorite book. With this condo, you have full access to the condo, Reception, Bell Boys, Taxis, Shops on site, etc. 1) Bedrooms: This condo has two separate bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom is ideal for children and may not be suitable for adults. There is a separate door & a wall between the two rooms. The upper 10" near the ceiling has lattice work to allow airflow. 2) Kitchen: There is also a kitchen with a new full size fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, Electric Skillet, 2 burner stove, Electric portable Oven, coffee pot & pots and pans and utensils. The kitchen allows you the freedom to eat in if you prefer. 3) Beach Access: Starting Jan 1/2025 Sunscape revoked our access to the Beach & pool, But guests who purchase All Inclusive can have access to Pool and Beach for as many days as they wish to purchase All Inclusive. There is a Public Beach Access about 10 mins walk for guests who do not purchase All Inclusive. Or guests can take a short Taxi ride to the beach from the condo for less than $5.00\. We already have a Beach Umbrella, chairs and coolers in the condo. With a little planning, guests can bring their own food and drinks to the beach and enjoy their whole day in front of Sunscape Resort on the beach. For this little inconvenience, we have drastically reduced our nightly rate from $115.00 USD to $69.00USD 4) Free WiFi & Phone: This condo provides free WiFi & a phone so loved ones can call you. 5) Building Administrator & Local Property Manager: The Building Administrator and Local Property Manager are onsite & available to attend to your needs in a short notice. If any issues arise, they are onsite to deal with it right away. This is very important for most guests. Check before you book anywhere else. 6) Medical services: Medical service is also available onsite through Sunscape Resort. Accidents happen sometimes but it’s good to know there is help available here. 7) Bathroom Area: The bath room area is also unique, there are two vanities, a separate shower & a separate toilet. So four people can use this area at once, this is very handy when there is more than two guests. This condo is the only one with this setup in our building. 8) Security: For everyone's safety at the Resort, Sunscape has security guards at our Entrance Gates. They have also installed Security Cameras on each floor. 8) Shopping Malls: There are four shopping malls close by. 1) The new mall “La Isla” is right next door with Approx.. 70 High End Stores, Restaurants & Theatre. Some of the stores in “La Isla mall are Starbucks, Forever 21, Guess Jeans, MacStore, Subway Sally Beauty, VIPs, Sun glass Hut, Calvin Klein, Hurley, Tommy Hilfiger Pandora, AT & T, The Hat Club, Smart Fit, , Laces, H & M, Europiel, Nutrisa, Boss, Innovasport, Bath & body works, Mobo, a Movie Theatre, Pharmacy, Kiehl’s, Quarry and many more. #2) Plaza Caracol Mall is a 15 minute walk with large grocery store and 100 other shops including bank, money exchange, etc. 3) Liverpool Mall is an upscale mall with many shops about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride. It also has Wal-Mart & Sams. 4) Costco about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride. 9) Restaurants: For your dining pleasures, there are many new restaurants next door in the Mall "La Isla" and right across the street. Also, there is a Food Court about two blocks away on your right. 10) Airport to Condo: The condo is a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. Uber is available in Puerto Vallarta. All Rental money and Deposits are collected by the travel website, VRBO / Homeaway. No monies are collected by the owner or Property Manager . We will NOT ask you for your Credit Card information so your personal information is protected. If a Refundable Deposit was charged by the website than it will be automatically returned by the Travel Website after 14 days, assuming there are no damages. The view from the balcony is amazing, waking up every day and looking out was a dream. Gary was great throughout the whole process, super helpful, always responded to my questions very quick, just perfect communication from beginning to end, he gives you all the instructions to make sure your stay is as you expect. There is a safety box, if you need one. If you pay the fee to have access to the all inclusive amenities is perfect, otherwise get ready to walk a good 12-15 minutes to the beach, Gary provides umbrella, chairs and coolers to bring with you if you decide not to get the all inclusive option. Straight forward and cheap ride either by bus or uber to downtown. Grocery stores are within walking distance (about 20 minutes), Lot of restaurants near by, but we chose to go downtown and eat dinner there, so many places to choose from. We were there during the low season so it was really nice as nothing was crowded and the beach was almost always empty. Condo staff was very friendly and nice. On our last day, as we were having coffee on he balcony, we saw a couple of dolphins near by, right in front of the condo, and that was just amazing. Overall a great experience. ##### laura s. Condo was just perfect for our 2-week stay. Gorgeous panoramic ocean view, bright & airy, spacious, clean, comfortable beds and couches, great shower, well-equipped (patio, kitchen, bathroom towels, AC & fans, clothes hangers, beach chairs & umbrella, entertainment centre) condo in a good location with nearby beach, restaurants, shopping. Francisco from property management so very friendly and helpful. Bellmen very efficient in calling taxi service. Gary, we can tell that you put in a lot of consideration towards your guests! This was a new experience in Mexico - to stay in a condo rather than an ‘all inclusive’ resort. We were not disappointed - the condo had everything needed, and the property managers were very helpful & responded immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it couldn’t have been in a better location! The ONLY THING that sort of had us feeling like second class citizens was the ruling that we were NOT ALLOWED in ANY of the public areas of the resort after 8:00 PM.However, we just laughed it off - & spent that time on our balcony.Overall, our experience was very good - & we would consider staying here again!Thank you to our host! ##### Gail J. My husband with a broken femur wanted to rest. This lovely condo gave him exactly what he needed. The view is magnificent, the condo had everything we needed to cook all our meals, quiet nights were a pleasure compared to some of the spots we have stayed in Mexico. Security was present 24/7, never once did we feel unsafe. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Staff were all very pleasant. ##### Leanne H. Quiet with amazing view. Proximity to everything. Malecón, marina, Walmart, airport averaged out to a $10CAN Uber ride. Wifi was excellent. Nice hot shower with great water pressure. Bathroom was set up well for privacy. On site property manager was responsive and accessible. Fire works display around the bay every night Negatives There was often only one elevator working. Which made for some long waits and crowded elevators. The condo was clean but is dated. The bedding could use an update. The bed was fine but the mattress cover and sheets have been laundered so many times they no longer fit snug to the bed. You are in the hotel zone, so while convenient it is noisy until 11:00 pm every night. ##### Karen B. We arrived 4 hours before check in and there was no help...we had to haul our luggage around for 4 hours (big bummer). The bathroom sinks were very slow (almost seemed clogged up) they eventually drained...there was a slight sewar aroma coming out of the drain in the commode room dependant on the hour of the day. The micro wave was very noisy but it worked. Otherwise the accomodations in the condo were good. The grounds were very nice! the staff was nice. We appreciated the diligence of the gaurds at the gate.We had a great time being both being in a nice place and also enjoying the PVculture. ##### STEVE B. The whole resort rules surrounding the rental. Incapable of buying anything onsite. The 30 minute rule maximum that you can leave your chair before towels are taken away, despite the owner saying you should reserve your chairs - which everyone can do before 8 but condo rentals. The condo is extensively uncomfortable and not utterly clean. You can’t ‘live’ comfortably here as you would in a rental you would expect. I would not recommend this rental for that price unless all you want is the view ##### Natalie B. Soriano store about 1/4 mile south. Really appreciated water delivery for $5\. Food park across street. Elevators continue to be a negative, as one is out of service quite often. Change since previous visits- No beach or Sunscape grounds access after 8 PM. Great view. Safe was inoperative upon arrival, still not repaired after two week visit. Microwave broke, but was replaced after a couple of days. Overall 4 stars out of 5 ##### Lloyd W. Séjour de 14 nuits en janvier 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Adela M. 13 août 2023 #### Beautiful view We stayed 6 nights at this condo. It was perfect for us! We were here for our honeymoon. They are very strict about checking in exactly at 3 pm. We got to the building at 2:45 pm and we had to wait until 3 pm to check in. No biggie. However, when we were on the way up to the condo, there were 2 service ladies making their way to the condo to clean it. We had to wait outside the condo another 45 minutes past 3 pm to enter. This was disappointing considering they wouldn’t let us check in until exactly 3pm. The elevators were another issue, no fault on the owners behalf. Hit or miss, there’s 3 elevators. One never worked. From the other 2, sometimes one worked. One morning, none of the elevators were working. Going down 12 floors via stairs is quite the workout. Besides these issues, we did enjoy our stay. The view was incredible! Would definitely book again. ##### Adela M.
