This new building and unit (6th floor) takes our breath away every time we walk in. Nayri Life & Spa is located on Basilio Badillo between Cafe de Olla and Fajita Republic in Old Town, construction finished in 2018. No hills to climb and 1 block to the beach! \*\*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE\*\*\* The smaller of our 2 pools will be retiled and unavailable June\\July 2025. Demolition (noise dust phase) has already passed. The unit is 1 bed/1.5 bath, non-smoking king, with fully stocked kitchen, laundry, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and wrap-around balcony that allow 2 sides of the living room windows to open all the way up - great breezes all day. Ocean and jungle views from this incredible view point looking towards the bay and park (town square). Remote control blinds, laptop safe, double A/C units, WiFi, 2 Smart TVs with 36 live US channels, Netflix/Amazon capable, full laundry, bidets, and filtered drinking water/ice. 10 day+ rentals include weekly cleaning, All furnishings were custom built for this space, with imported fabrics and lighting, providing a luxury experience in the charming Old Mexico Zona Romantica district. New linens throughout as of 2025. Rooftop infinity pools, enjoy a more private version of Vallarta without sacrificing location and an insane view. All afternoon, with your windows completely opened, you will hear guitar music, singers, and can watch spontaneous firework shows over the water! It's hard to leave, there is always something to see from this great viewpoint. The hosts provided great details and recommendations on things to do and places to eat which made planning of our trip memorable. At the center of Zona Romantica, everything is walkable: the best food, clubs, boutique shops, and art. A day at the beach is just a block away. If you like nightlife, this location is for you, but after the clubs, a day of relaxation on the rooftop will be welcome; enjoy the view, heated pools, and gym. Everything is new and modern and very comfortable. Angel from property management met me on schedule to show me the space. He is a very friendly, welcoming, and helpful individual. Having the terrace to use was a nice treat, especially with morning coffee.. The bed and pillows were of excellent quality and high standard. The black out blinds in the bedroom are a great feature. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is plenty of noise from the busy restaurants and retail down below at street level, as well as the students at the school across the street during the day, but I didn't mind any of it all. (Just don't expect your stay to necessarily be a quiet one.) The owners of this condo have created a wonderful vacation oasis and I would highly recommend it. ##### Mitch S. From the moment we booked our reservation at Casa Fresa, Jaysson and Roberto have been so communicative and helpful. All of our questions were quickly addressed making our arrival comfortable and smooth. There was transportation scheduled to and from the airport. They offered to do any grocery shopping we may have needed and that was appreciated. The condo truly felt "home away" and we couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay here. The decor is absolutely amazing with such unique artistic details. My favorite piece is the colorful handmade iguana made out of tiny beads. We've been inspired to decorate our own home with one like it to help remind us of this beautiful getaway. We will definitely be staying at Casa Fresa again. A huge part of our vacation was enjoyed because of where we booked. Laying out at the pool is better than the beach because you don't have people always trying to sell you things. Also after a busy morning or afternoon of excursions it's so nice to go back to the condo where the air coonditioning cools us down. Interent and a smart tv loaded with apps for local programs, YouTube or Netflix. Not to mention a Bose soundbar that easily connects to our devices via bluetooth for music. We were very pleased and extremely grateful for everything. The view outside the balcony is incredible and scary if you're afraid of heights. Only because the fencing is see through glass but it's awesome because you can see out even while laying in bed! The park is a gorgeous sight first thing in the morning with the ocean peaking over. Having a cup of coffee while watching parents drop their kids off at school was so heartwarming. People watching has never been better and the view from top of the building is even more breathtaking. The property was perfect, and I felt spoiled and pampered staying there. The bed was comfortable, the couch was comfortable, and I truly felt at home. It was nice to have a TV, but how could it compete with the views out the window of the ever-changing sun in the sky. I had read the reviews of the property and had some concerns about the noise, but I wasn't actually bothered by any of it at night - in fact, I found great joy in listening to the kids from the school across the street during the day. The rooftop deck and pool were perfect - especially to watch the majestic sunsets! The location was central to everything as well. We are both in our late sixties which make this condo a perfect choice. Its location is perfect, everything is close by, the clubs (yes we still go out) great restaurants, the beach, and shops & ATM. This unit is a gem, the wrap round deck becomes an extension of the living room, you will feel you are part of the action the moment you slide open the wall - yes, the wall fully opens! The building is beautiful, safe and secure with wonderful staff. The condo itself is remarkable with amazing views and completely opening two sides of it with the sliding glass doors adds to the tropical ambience. The rooftop pools and lounge area are incredible and we found it so very relaxing to just float and look out on the bay, the waterfront, and this amazing city. The Zona Romantica location one block off the south end of the Malecon is perfect, especially if you love walking in a vibrant and energized area.
