Penthouse room was OK; had refrigerator and microwave, no phone. No utensils, plates or glasses so I had to buy those, annoying. Room condition Average.They charge 1000 pesos per visitor after the first visitor including those not staying overnight, no matter how long your stay; I was there nine days and was not about to pay like that. It was definitely dated and could use some upgrades but all in all very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the location was great. The main downfall was that the music from the bar/beach/hotel next door was very loud. Also, beach chairs were included but you could not sit close to the water unless you were a big spender and they reserved the first three rows for "VIPs". I visited with a group of friends and it was clean, and nothing super fancy but nice. The ocean view room was an amazing view. Close to the Malecon, shops, bars, restaurants and more. I dive and I had to walk 40 minutes to the dive shop, so that was a bit far but the diving was incredible! Went to Los Arcos and it was the best diving experience I have had in Mexico so far. We did have the key stop working one time but wasn’t a big deal. Overall the hotel is showing some age but the staff were all excellent that we encountered and eager to help the customers. Definitely also recommend getting a massage from Luca’s, he does a great job.
