The apartment has a perfect location in the city center, just a few blocks away from the Malecon, where you can find a lot of restaurants, shops and bars. It’s just one block away from the beach, no more than 100 meters away from the apartment. The apartment is band new, just remodeled. The space- It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a couch on the living room. There is A/C in the bedroom and a fan in the living room .It has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee machine, and utensils. There is a staircase to get to the apartment, not a big one, since it´s in the first floor. Location- The location has easy access to public transportation, taxi, buses. Very easy walk to the main attractions, such as the Malecon. Despite being on a main street the neighborhood is quiet at night. We found it very comfortable and were pleased with this apartment. It is very close to the beach and to activities. Any unit in center town will be noisy, but this one was especially noisy around 06:30 in the morning, and between 05:00 and 8:00 in the evening. We stayed 4 weeks in this unit, and we found the noise to be bearable after a while.
