Vistas de las Olas East is one of two suites available in this second-row-from-the-beach home with an absolutely beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. Located in Las Conchas, it has a sister suite, Vistas de las Olas West, which is a mirror image. You may rent one or both of these suites. Each suite sleeps two guests. INTERIOR: The suite is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and inviting. The floors feature traditional red Mexican tile, with detailed decorative tile work throughout. This spacious 600-square-foot suite feels like a one-bedroom apartment. KITCHEN: The kitchenette includes a microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, and coffee maker. Please note there is no stove or blender. Cooking utensils, dishes, flatware, and cleaning supplies are provided. A breakfast bar with seating allows you to enjoy meals comfortably. LIVING AREA: The living area includes a couch and chair for relaxing, as well as a fireplace that is both gas and wood-burning (please bring your own firewood or fire logs). For entertainment, there is a Satellite TV with DVD/VCR, a stereo system with surround sound, and a collection of videos, CDs, books, and magazines. BEDROOM: The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a unique tiled headboard and matching end tables. BATHROOM: The spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower and beautiful decorative tile details. OUTDOOR SPACES: Adjacent to the suite is a large outdoor patio and sundeck. Reviewer Comments: Location was beautiful. However, there was no hot water until we reached out and Oceano came to fix that, even then there was warm water for about 5 minutes. There was no stove. The TV did not have cable only DVD or VHS. Oceano did come out with a TV and fire stick which was difficult to navigate. No extra blankets and no heat. I guess they had a grill, but we had to contact Oceano again, so we said forget the grill. Everything was very dated and not in good condition. No hair dryer. Owner did respond fairly quickly. Also, I wouldn't recommend walking around outside at night. We encountered about half a dozen sizeable black widows in the dark! Overall we had a great experience. Great view , relaxing, , and just big enough that some family could come by and hang out for the afternoon. What pressure is low and toilet suffers a bit because of that. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean view is exceptional! The property is not on the beach but only one back. An amazing ocean experience in peaceful Las Conchas! We saw whales and dolphins from the patio, enjoyed watching the birds and walking on the beautiful beach, which is only about a 2 minute walk away. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and small fridge, but no stove or oven. Plenty of dishes, drinking glasses, silverware, etc. Two plastic chairs are available to bring out to a huge patio shared with only one other unit. The room was very charming and clean. A bit confusing finding it down the dirt roads but once we did it was all good! Loved our ocean view and easy access to the beach. Porch is delightful to sit on all day as its shaded.
