Villa #17 (Bella) - Five Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 14

There are 6 villas for rent at Bella Sirena (Villas 1, 2, 17, 18, 19, & 20). I own or manage Villas 2, 17, 18 & 20. The kitchen, living room and master bedroom were completely remodeled in the spring of 2023. We added a wet bar with a pellet ice maker and plenty of shot, margarita and wine glasses. The kitchen was completely remodeled with GE Monogram appliances, including an induction cook top and new center island with a lot more work space. The big cantera fireplace was replaced with an upgraded entertainment area and an 84" smart TV. The dining area now seats 12, and there are 6 more stools at the center island. Last, the master bedroom was completely remodeled and a vanity table and mirror were added.

Staying in Villa Bella can be described as epic. The villa has 5 individually designed bedrooms (2 classed as master-suites), a large living space, private patio, jacuzzi, outdoor grill, a professionally equipped kitchen, and a private double garage. A/C and wi-fi are throughout.

Many guest request early check-ins. In peak season, this is difficult because the maids need time to clean. Please call me at 11am on the date of your arrival and I will have a better idea when the property will be ready.
Puerto Peñasco
Located in Puerto Peñasco, this villa is on the beach. The Links Golf Course and Competition Hill are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Islands and Protected Areas of the Gulf of California and Alto Golfo de California Biosphere Reserve. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and horse riding nearby.

Occupancy may not exceed 14. No exceptions. Please do not book if you have more than 14 in your guest party.
Please provide your own fire wood for the fire pit and your own life vests for the kayak and paddle board.
