The condo is located on the 5th floor, which is the only floor with an arched balcony. Your hosts have years of experience with and have earned (and remained) Superhosts. We look forward to sharing this new listing! Please let us know how we can help to ensure you enjoy your stay! The space The resort is located within a gated-community and includes a full restaurant and bar, spa, swim-up bar, two pools, 2 hot tubs, weight/exercise room, convenience store, sales office and front desk area. There is also a grill/picnic area. The condo consists of a 2023 remodeled 2 bed/2 bath (master overlooking ocean), as well as a hideaway bed in the living room. Sleeps 6, with King-size beds in both bedrooms and Queen-size Hideaway Bed in Living Room. The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower with seat, and the guest bathroom includes a tub and shower. Guest access Guests have access to all of condo as well as all property amenities, but must wear guest bracelets (required by security). Other things to note In addition to house rules, the resort has additional rules, so please be sure to read all information within listing to ensure full understanding.
