There are approximately 15 acres including 5 plus acres of spectacular desert oasis park with exciting amenities. The luxurious condominiums and breathtaking beach community villas are located by the ocean. 2 heated pools and the newest pool with a swim up bar There is a professional putting 18 hole golf course available, free to renters. The grounds have 4 pools and lounge areas, one located just below Condo balcony. Several gas grill picnic areas with palapas, Volleyball court, and additional Cabana areas for larger groups. There is a nice paved path leading to easy beach access to a wonderful sandy beach. The Condo is fully furnished with air conditioning and heat, satellite TV, and a full kitchen and laundry facilities. This is a non-smoking unit and there are limited pets allowed (pet fee required). Several minor issues but when they added up we expected better. Thought we’d have a better view of the water but it was farther away than it looked in the pictures. You can hear the music from the Sky Lounge until about 11\. Security does a good job trying to limit noise after 12\. walls are thin so keep that in mind. highly recommend this property. Our group consisted of 5 guys in our golfing group but went to Rocky Point for a fishing trip. It was really windy so didn't get much fishing in but the resort for fantastic. The room was great, very clean, all of the beds were so comfortable. Loved that they had roll-away beds so that us guys didn't have to double up for sleeping. Really enjoyed the putting golf course and were playing that a lot. Also enjoyed the cornhole. It was a little cool for swimming so didn't do that but the pools looked very inviting.
