The unit is spacious and has all supplies needed for a great vacation. There are 3 TV's in the unit however, only the one in the living room works (gets stations). The furniture/beds could be more comfortable. The unit decorations are nice. Overall we all enjoyed the unit and would return if given the chance. The Castaways staff was great at addressing issues and were all very nice. Check in/out is off site but I was given very precise directions to the Castaway office and the staff was great. My parents are handicap and the unit worked well for them with two scooters to access hallways and grounds at Princesa. The unit was able to accommodate walkers. It would be nice to have a bench for the shower. We had a wonderful time. Being by the Sea was nice and soothing for the soul. ##### Elaina W. You have to do the check-in at the management office in town, not at the property location, which makes it quite confusing and challenging, especially if the check-in has to be done between 4pm and 5pm. There is extra charge for after 5pm checkins. Then for checkout, you have to do it at the same office location in the town. This is about 15 to 20 minutes drive (one way), depending on traffic. It felt like we have lost quite some precious time with this way of checking in and out. At checkout (10am) the office was closed, and we left the keys in the box outside. Nobody answered our phone calls, when we called the office to let them know that we left the keys in the outside mail box. We have tried all the phone numbers and made multiple tries, all unsuccessful with no answers. 2 - The property was nice, typically for this location. It seemed clean, however there was sand in the bed. 3 - The TVs had no channels other than the dozen music chanels in the living room. 4 - There was no info provided for the wi-fi connection, however, we were able to find it ourselves somehow. 5 - There was way too much glass and ceramic decor on all the tables and everywhere, which is not very safe when staying with toddlers. ##### Alex C. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was the check in process. I didn’t realize that I had to go to the office to pick up the keys and unfortunately we arrived after 5pm when the office was closed. But other than that, we enjoyed our visit. ##### Josh W. The property is under construction, but one of the pools and Jacuzzi is still open throughout the process and the restaurant on site is really very good. ##### Michael O. The Room was clean however the drapes were too small for the windows and did not provide enough privacy. There was no water dispenser. Room was right next to the stairwells so the light was on all night. There was no patio furniture outside on the balcony. ##### Janet S. Séjour de 3 nuits en février 2020 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Candi V. 29 mai 2019 #### Great experience When I reserved this unit it hadn’t had any reviews yet so I was a little hesitant but I went for it anyway. We were so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the room looked when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. The second bedroom bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked but I found a blanket in the closet to add some cushion to the mattress, super easy fix and my 15 year old seemed to sleep better the second night. The view was amazing and we couldn’t help but sit on the balcony in the morning to listen to the waves crashing on the shore. We didn’t have to reach out to the owner at all because we had everything we needed. We will definitely be looking to reserve this unit again!! ##### Candi V.
