It is a beautiful one story house with private pool on an unobstructed view ocean front lot, just a few steps to the beach. Its a great location to enjoy a relaxing vacation with friends or family. The resort has many amenities to enjoy , including an infinity pool, hot tub, kayak/paddle board/and beach bikes, ALL Included, and it is located in a natural estuary reserve with breath taking ocean, estuary, and Mountain View’s. It features 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms , and a spacious common area to enjoy. USA directv in Living room on 65" HDTV, and in MBR on 45" HDTV. Roku TV in queen room with netflix app loaded. Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs, with full sized refrigerator and freezer. Beautiful patio out back with a gas grill. Gorgeous Margarita deck up top to enjoy the amazing sunsets. The home is clean, comfortable and feels like a home. The owners attended to every detail to make it a lovely place to stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need including some spices, coffee etc. There were plenty of towels and linens. The AC’s worked well and provided a welcome reprieve from the July heat- we were very comfortable. The rooftop deck provided lovely views of the ocean and sunset. Shon and Amelie were amazing to deal with. They were lightning fast on responses to any questions or simply to give us updates. Their home is clean, beautiful, and wonderfully stocked. We cooked several meals here and were able to find everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the beach, the rooftop seating area, and the pool. We even had a close encounter with dolphins while swimming in the ocean. Absolutely amazing time. Would definitely recommend. Laguna Shores has a very shallow beach, so the tide moves out an incredible distance each day, but it was fun to watch it move so much. He was quick to respond to all of my questions and super friendly on the phone. He really knows the area and gave great recommendations. The house is beautiful and the resort restaurant was fantastic. Getting a house with a private pool was EVERYTHING!!!! The house is fully stocked with pretty much EVERYTHING!! Private pool and access to the beach is just a few steps away. We had a wonderful week with our family in this beautiful home. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed to accommodate our large group. The owner was an incredible host and very friendly and responsive. We loved the property, view, and resort amenities. The short drive into town was worth the privacy and great atmosphere. My family and I had the most wonderful vacation for many reasons. First and foremost, Shon, the owner, was the most gracious host. He welcomed us into his home and was immediately available for any of our questions/concerns. . This is something we really appreciated since we were traveling to Mexico with our dogs for the first time. The house is beautiful and exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and more. It was was very well maintained and comfortable. The location was ideal…quiet, beach front, private pool and yard, with the access to a 5 star restaurant, gym, and resort pool. If you value privacy and serenity this is the place for you . Hours of endless fun and gorgeous views I highly recommend this property. ##### Heather K.
