You are right on the beach. Walk out the door down a couple of stairs and you are on the beach. You are also close to town and near to everything. The only cons were the water pressure isn't very good for showering. The pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn't. I don't know if the pool heater is broken or just hadn't been turned on and last if youhave any mobility issues there are about 3 flights of stairs from the parking lot going down to the condo.
