All residences showcase breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez from both the living room and all the bedrooms. Granite countertops, modern kitchens and an open-living design compliment Tuscan & Mexican detailing. Bella Sirena rises from the golden sands on the north shore of the Sea of Cortez. She is one of the newest and most luxurious full-service residential resorts in Puerto Penasco, Mexico, also known as Rocky Point. Old-world architecture inspired by Mexican and Tuscan Villas creates a dramatic backdrop for breathtaking views from any residence. The Poolside Lounge and Grill features innovative dishes and specialty cocktails served pool side at the Grand Central Pool located in the heart of Bella Sirena. Our 3-Bedroom, 3-Bath villa brings you 2,500 square feet of finely appointed interior living space and 600 sq ft of patio space, with a ground level patio and individual sundeck terrace. A large stunning brick dome encompasses your main living space where a carved cantera fireplace and large sliding windows frame your view. Villa Toscana (named after Tuscany and its old world décor) is located just steps from the beach and the beautiful negative-edge beach pool and has an expansive green lawn area right off your patio steps! You will appreciate the rich flavor of the arched wooden doors, granite and stone countertops and showers, and the fully appointed kitchen. This property also cable TV in the main living room and the three bedrooms so you can watch popular channels. Step out to your patio where you will find a gas BBQ station (extra charge), lounge chairs, and an outdoor beach shower. The sundeck is a great place to soak in some rays or enjoy the amazing sunsets and star-filled skies. Full-sized washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Two parking spaces are available. Many places on Sandy Beach say they're luxurious, but this one surpasses expectations. The 14-acre property has five condo towers with 200 residences, ranging from condos to Tuscan-inspired penthouses, plus 20 beachfront villas. The property has negative-edge pools, a spa, poolside bar and grill, gourmet-food market, tennis and bocce courts and a beach fire pit. The crowd is families, couples and older vacationers. Pools are tiled dramatically in three shades of blue, and all are in the same sprawling area, dominated by a swim-up bar and daytime restaurant. Because they're on different levels, some of the pools are more private than others. Condos have one to three bedrooms, and villas range from three to five bedrooms. All have high ceilings, granite counters and arched wooden doors. Some penthouse condos and villas have wine cellars, mini offices and other fancy touches. The hot tub and BBQ are available for an extra fee of $75 and $25 + tax respectively. These amounts include cleaning, usage, propane, etc., and must be reserved and paid in advance prior to check in with at least 24-hour notice. Zero attempt to supply the villa with anything for guests, I have owned an vrbo in the past and I had my place stocked for my guests with anything they could possibly need. That’s not necessary for everyone but would it kill you to have salt and pepper at the very least or maybe hand soap at the sinks? Only the kitchen had “hand soap” that was obviously mostly water. With 3 kids we didn’t want to have to deal with going out so we brought all of the food and the kitchen was well equipped for every meal we cooked. The space wasn’t on the beach but directly in front of where the heated pool is for the kids. We actually preferred this spot vs a similar unit on the ocean considering the younger kids. The staff was very friendly and accommodating if we had any issues and resolved them immediately.only thing I might recommend is to bring your own Beach toys whereas there is t an easy means of getting them there or are they furnished at the unit. However all bedroom windows are duct taped shut so that you can not open them. So it took away from having that ocean breeze come into your room. The listing does not mention that if you want to use the BBQ grill or Jacuzzzi there is a charge for each and you must notify the Owner 1 day in advance, so that he can send people to set it up/prepare it. The garage is also off limits however I emailed the Owner and he was accommodating to let us use one side of the garage to store our motorcycles in there. When booking it doesn't tell you that you cannot use the garage to park your vehicles, that information is later given to you when they email you the check-in codes for the house. It should be something told to potential guest upfront. During our stay the garage had no lights, as their was some electrical problem with them. That's where the washer and dryer are located so it made it a bit difficult for washing as its pretty dark in there unless you open the garage doors. The last thing I wish was better communicated to us was the prior damage to the rear patio door that had duck tape holding one of the glass in so it would not fall out, as they where waiting for the other glass to come in. This communication is important to prevent any further damages and or a injury to someone. I can say that when I communicated my issues with the managing company (SUSAN BETHEL with Rocky Point Travel), they were very responsive and made sure to respond in a timely manner. Over all the villa is beautiful and has almost everything you need during your stay. The resort is very beautiful and we loved our stay. The check-in process was a bit excessive and complex as far as where to go and what documents needed to be collected in order to get into the gates of the property. Plenty of trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, lighter for grill. Not only that everything was in working order including the grill and hot tub! The location was perfect and loved having all the yard space for cornhole. Mel was great to work with and email communication was quick. The house supplied what we needed. There was a few things that could be updated but nothing major. The nest thermostat was super easy to use! One issue is the Master room does not get a good air flow. Other rooms were nice and chilly but the master was always a bit warmer. All in all we will definitely stay there again! ##### Leilani S. It took a few minutes to locate the source. The kitchen sink drains were covered with the stoppers and once removed the whole house was engulfed with the odor. And it didn't go away until 2 days later when we cleaned the disposal and drain and brought in candles. The Master bed is super noisy and uncomfortable. Not much air circulating from the ceiling fans and the TVs are not all hooked up in the bedrooms. With all that, the place is beautiful. Location is fabulous. The security and staff are wonderful. There is everything in the kitchen to use so that you can prepare meals. Bathrooms are spacious with extra towels. We will definitely stay at Bella Sirena again. ##### Dennise S.
