This is a three-bedroom apartment perfect for a family or friends getaway with on-site gated parking. This apartment is located on the-second of the home that is for rent on the ground floor and it shares parking and backyard. If you are looking for an affordable, confortable, and clean certified place to vacation in Puerto Peñasco, this unique space is built to warm welcome tourist that need a place to sleep at and during the day enjoy the beauty that our beautiful city has to offer.

Make yourself at home as we've provided it all. You've got everything you need; dishes, washer & dryer, pots and pans for cooking along with basic cooking amenities like oil, salt, and pepper. Bath towels, beach towel, bathroom amenities and much more. Relaxation abounds!

The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with easy access to the master bathroom just across the bed for a total privacy, has a small wardrobe and a 32' smart tv to enjoy your favorite streaming. The second bedroom has a comfy full queen bed with a nightstand, a small wardrobe and a 32' smart tv to enjoy your favorite streaming. The third bedroom is nicely furnished with a full-size bed and a futon, has a 32' smart tv to enjoy your favorite streaming.

The kitchen area has modern cabinets with microwave, refrigerator, and electric stove. You will find it all; dinnerware, flatware, glasses, and pots and pans. The house has basic amenities like hair dryer, iron and iron board, grill, and patio.

Bad internet service,bad location,gate door made loud noise as it didn’t close properly,steep stairs with no railing or light. Shower head sprayed water out of shower area. No sofa seating area for relaxing time. Only bar stools. TV unavailable as poor internet service. Would not go back

Nice small place
This place was nice but it’s a small apartment with no living room or central area to hangout. It’s a 3 bedroom with just one bathroom, with a small kitchen, not too functional for 6 adults and 4 kids. We all hung out in the kitchen with our beach chairs as there no couches. The location is very far from the beach, it states central location but no, it’s across the street from Sams club, the entrance to Peñasco.. The mini split in one of the rooms was not working when we arrived, it wasn’t fixed until the following day. So, we had to move the mattress to another room. The positive, great wifi and Netflix available for the kids. There was a garage for our side by side which was good.. I don’t feel this place was worth the money we paid.
