This modern and cozy apartment is located in a residential area ideal for families, just 3km from the center of Puerto de la Cruz. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms, one double with an en-suite bathroom and 2 singles. It also has two bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.   
  
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and cooking utensils. In addition, the apartment has WiFi and a Smart TV.   
  
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large terrace with a 5-person hot tub, an outdoor dining area with beautiful views of Mount Teide, and a barbecue. The accommodation also has a private garage for 2 vehicles.   
  
Points of interest include the Alcampo Shopping Center and El Trompo, with a large supermarket, shops and restaurants, just a 2-minute drive away. A few minutes away you will also find two large supermarkets, HiperDino and Lidl.
