"This place was stunning!! It didn't match the pictures that you see (no spiral staircase, only two door/window openings to the balcony from the kitchen), but it was beautiful and so spacious for myself and my friend. We each had our own room and own bathroom which was such a treat. The kitchen was fully stocked, everything was beautifully clean, and the balconies were very cool. I can imagine that since the balcony doors have gaps in them that the summer months with bugs would get a little bad here, but we didn't have any issues besides one or two stray mosquitos. Perfect location central to everything you want, would love to stay here again."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views and plenty of restaurants, beaches, and cafes within walking distance. Perfect distance from both Old San Juan and airports, about 5-15 mins Uber ride. My only complaints are the very thin bedsheets and the fact that the only ways up to the check in on the second floor and rooms are two small elevators, so sometimes it took a while to get upstairs. "

"This is not a hotel, it’s a hostel. They rent rooms with a build-in bathroom. I only stayed for a few hours but I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"This is a beautiful hotel! It is mostly clean- although a little more eye for detail (tops of baseboard in bathrooms...) would be great. I also felt weird asking for coffee cups in the morning for the coffee that was offered. But, the staff were very friendly, the hot tubs were clean and the outside baths are a cool concept. This hotel is right in the center of it all and walkable to several park g garages. We recommend La Pontilla! It is the open air lot and is totally safe and clean. It's a little tricky for parking in Old San Juan. Don't park on the streets. And also pay your parking ticket before you leave the lot. casa Blanca was wonderful. "

"This property was clean, looked nice and located very convieniently. Would I stay here again? No. I got back to my room at about 4-4:30pm and our room wasn't cleaned yet and without fresh towels - we had a trip hiking and swimming so a shower was very much desired. We did ask for fresh towels and got them, however it feels they run on a consistent staff shortage with rooms routinely not cleaned until very late afternoon. The walls were also paper thin - whuch made the stay loud. We could hear everything, and because the hotel is an open style, we could hear the restaurant downstairs 5 floors below - it sounded like chairs were being dragged outside our door. The room remained bright all night thanks to a window that faced the bright lights in the hallway and the hot water was absent in the evening. The hotel was nice but we would not stay again especially for the price. "

"Our stay started with a major issue. The morning after our late arrival (1:30 AM), we discovered our room carpet was completely soaked due to a ceiling leak. This caused water damage to my suitcase, including shoes, clothing, and personal items, as well as our 5-year-old daughter’s backpack with books and toys. We estimate about $1,000 in damage. Although we were moved to another room and given one night compensation, this was agreed to before we understood the full extent of the damage. When I later asked about additional help and laundry support, the process was frustrating and required multiple trips to the front desk. Communication between managers was inconsistent and we did not receive much empathy during the situation. The only apology we received was from a security guard helping with the report. We were also initially charged for both nights and had to return to have the reimbursement corrected. Additionally, both hot tubs were out of service. The location is great, but the way this situation was handled took time away from our family vacation and did not meet the level of service we expected from a Hilton property. There are plenty of hotels in the area that will treat you better. If you have a choice, stay somewhere else. "
