Didn’t get both bottles promised. I got charged for a smaller room. Slept poorly ac kept turning on. Door didn’t shut and made an annoying noise. Under impressed.

Excelente ubicación, frente a la plaza principal, es un hotel muy bonito, limpio, elegante, con decoración de muy buen gusto. La atención del personal es excelente. Por lo que les pongo 4 estrellas y no 5, es x el tamaño de la habitación y baño, es mínima, cabe la cama matrimonial y dos buros y se acabó la habitación, llegamos con las maletas y pues quedamos super reducidos, en el baño la regadera está mínima también.

Fue una grata sorpresa, desde la llegada hasta la salida. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. En general, el diseño del hotel es bonito, combina lo moderno con lo antiguo.

The property is top notch when it comes to location, cleanliness and staff. I would recommend this property to anyone who is traveling to Puebla. I will most certainly stay here again in the near future

Beauty place .
Hi everyone , the only problem here was that the shower bath it was difficult calibrate the temperature or was be very hot or was be very cold. Only we had this problem , but at the end all it's ok.

This is a wonderful hotel. One of the best we’ve ever stayed in. The only reason some people might not like it is the noise because it’s right on the square. But we love that aspect of it. We also love the town of Puebla. We will definitely return to this beautiful city and this wonderful hotel.

I had two rooms for my family at this location . Both are small and there were no windows. Very few rooms have a view of Zocalo. One of our rooms had an extreme buzzing noise from the AC unit . Everything about this hotel was uncomfortable

Mi inconfornidad es con el personal de ingreso, mal trato, indiferencia, me advirtieron que si rompia algo lo tenía que pagar (no sé quién piensen que soy) me hicieron el cobro de una noche sin haberlo autorizado y sin haber llegado al hotel. Me cobraron la estancia completa sin considerar que ya me habían cobrado y al día de hoy NO ME HAN HECHO LA DEVOLUCIÓN. Sé que debemos cuidar el agua pero ellos exageran con el agua de la regadera. Eviten ir a este hotel, además de estarles pidiendo el número de la habitación como si uno no fuera digno de su hotel, además les roban su dinero con cargos no autorizados.

Buen hotel, mala actitud del personal de recepción. Te atienden viéndote hacia abajo como si fueran dueñas. Tuvimos que pedir 4 veces el servicio de limpieza antes de que fueran a realizarlo, el clima no funcionó adecuadamente

Upscale stay in Pueblo's center
Pros: Great location in the town square. Service was excellent. Roof-top restaurant has a beautiful view. indoor and outdoor dining. Ground floor restaurant (inside and outside) was very good with excellent service. Room was very clean and comfortable. Mattress very good. (Small rooms are updated and better than appear in photos.) Has room air-conditioner. Cons: Even with a room at the back of the hotel, the musicians on the ground floor could be heard at night. (They ended by 9:30-10:00.) Not a big deal, but the lobby is being renovated so nowhere to hang out - although the staff is accommodating with seats if you need them.

This is a great spot in the Centro Histórico. Walkable to many cultural sites and adjacent to the Zocalo. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Despite being next to the plaza, the windows were soundproof. The room was very comfortable. I would choose this hotel again.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones. Desafortunadamente todo el staff aunque tienen ganas y hacen esfuerzos les hace falta capacitación, no tienen ningúna preparacion en hoteleria, se sienten imprvisados desde el check in. El servicio de restaurante malo, el desayuno incluido con cargo adicional es limitado.

I love the hotel, it is always convenient. The studio we rented was not very comfortable, no natural light, next to a cleaning room where the was always noise, people slammed their doors and we could hear it at all times.

Nice hotel, lacking warmth in a great location!
Huge hotel room, awesome location! Luis the bellman was very cool during both stays. Other than that the people especially in the evenings seemed disinterested in making us feel welcome. Even though the makeshift front desk was right by the front door, some people wouldn’t even raise their heads as we walked in. It’s a very pretty hotel and the room was huge. Bathroom was nice with a huge shower , unfortunately with little water pressure. One evening when everything had closed already we bright tacos back to eat, and they looked at us weird when we asked to eat at a table in the already closed restaurant. Ivan was kind enough to take over the situation and even bring us silverware and napkins. Finally upon checkout, they inspected the room which we keep clean on our own, and found a washcloth that we told them had make up on it, and they charged us 100 pesos(6 dollars) Seems a little ridiculous to me and left a bad taste in my mouth! The receptionist was even rude about it. We enjoyed our stay but expect more warmth out of a nice hotel like this. Highly recommend a visit to puebla.

Estancia muy cómoda, en el Centro Histórico, frente a la Catedral. Accesible a los Centros Turísticos. Servicio del hotel excelente. Lo único es la ubicación del extractor de jugos que está a la entrada del Restaurant y que en la mañana se ponen a exprimir fruta durante más de media hora, el ruido es insoportable. Sería conveniente que este trabajo iniciara antes de abrir el Restaurante o que se reubicara en otra área en consideración a los comensales.

The Room to small for a hotel = Montelongo room. The Bed smelling Bad the blanquet tthe pillows I complain. The next day change blanquets The little safety box do not open the tecnitian remplace bateries. Workers hammering, drilling from 7 AM to 7PM The location. The Zócalo everyday has live music from 6PM to almos midnight- - to noisy THE HOTEL CHARGE ME $ 500.00 pesos for BLANQUETS. We never ever return to this MOTEL.

Stayed a total of 7 nights ( I renewed my reservation). Staff is very attentive, they identified me by my name as I walked in and out. Felt very safe. Multiple safety filters. Hotel is even more beautiful than it looks in pictures.

Location is definitely their forte. Right in front of main plaza. Restaurant and terrace are great. Terrace has probably the BEST VIEW of the cathedral at night ( perfect for drinks, which were great by the way). Room is renovated and clean, it has everything you need, bed is comfortable. My only issue is the bathroom and shower are too small for a boutique hotel. Staff is GREAT, however, when I asked about the possibility of an upgrade (platinum VIP member) the lady told me " well thats the room you reserved". I dont think she meant it in a mean way, but made me feel bad for asking.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente, sin embargo si vas en auto hay que considerar que los fines de semana cierran algunas calles, por lo que es mejor hablar al hotel para que alguien vaya por tu auto y lo estacione por ti. El servicio es excelente!
