This home is in an ideal location and has everything you and your family need for a quiet getaway. There is a bathroom on every level and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is excellent. We stocked up at the nearby Harmons Grocery in Orem and made most of our meals at the house. However, downtown Provo is a quick drive out of the canyon with several good dining options (Brunch House, Communal). We fished and floated the Provo and went on several great hikes, all within 15-20 minutes of the house. Despite some unusually warm weather, the house stayed cool the entire time. The sound of the stream just across the drive was the perfect complement to morning coffee or an afternoon read on the deck. We hope to return. ##### Glen C. The three bedroom suites (each with its own bathroom) were a true luxury and the entire house was lovely. The house could easily accommodate three couples (with note that the downstairs bedroom is "open", no door to close it off). The owner, Rhett, was very responsive and had the private access road snowplowed promptly on request. Large screen TVs and large windows to talk in the woodsy views. Heated bathroom floors and a hot tub made for a very relaxing stay. Short walk to the slopes if you don’t want to hassle with parking. It is literally minutes from Sundance and tucked away in a nice little street. Great size for our family and plenty of room to gather with family for games and such. The property was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 5\. Clean, great location, and plenty of space for lounging and hanging out. The front deck was a group favorite - a nice place to spend the morning with coffee or spend the afternoon with cards. Communication with Rhett was very smooth and fast. He provided general information up front and answered all our follow up questions quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place in Sundance! ##### Marcus A.
