Also because the windows only have screens on them, the neighbors across the way would leave their lights on outside and so you felt like you were sleeping with a spot light on you. We have the same problem with my brothers condo. Kinda annoying. But I love the layout and the location is amazing and CHOM is one of our favorite restaurants since staying right next door. Comfortable, well-decorated, peaceful...and so very quiet! we never felt like we had neighbors. No street noise. It is in a great location. Walking distance to great food and close to the University. Kami was extremely quick to respond with anything we needed.
