We enjoyed having the beach behind the house. Sound travels from/to the owner’s connecting unit, but it was never a problem late (though I worried we bothered them with our early hours). The west end location cannot be beat, it's quiet and serene, with direct beach access, close to the Red Inn, and a short walk or bike ride to the center of town.
