The neighbors were also friendly! Don’t be confused by the initial lock box you encounter on the way up the stairs! The actual lock box with the key is on the door!! Jul 13, 2025 #### A very old, cramped space for a very high price The Vacasa posting is quite accurate. The apt is small, cramped, and very worn. Everything from the decor to the linen and bedding needs replacing. It would be suitable for 2 people at most, no more than that. The bathroom is tiny without ventilation and you can’t even stand near the toilet. Ptown prices are out of control - this place is not worth its cost but not surprising given what others are charging, especially when booking late.
