Steps to World Famous Grace Bay Beach. Unwind at Villa Bianca in this stylish Oceanview villa just a 5 minute walk to world famous Grace Bay Beach. A great place to call home while exploring all that paradise in Provo has to offer. Perfect for a couple's getaway, family vacation or working remotely. This is the ideal home away from home when exploring Turks & Caicos. Come to Villa Bianca for a memorable stay and relax by the pool or enjoy a drink on the outdoor lanai after a fun-filled day at Provo's white sand beaches. This spacious open concept layout features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a queen sofabed and vaulted Caribbean woodbeam ceilings throughout the house. Make your morning coffee and breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, then take it outside and enjoy the view looking out at beautiful Grace Bay. The open concept living and dining area feature a queen sofa bed and a matching sofa with a large patio door that goes into the wall to create indoor/outdoor living between the livingroom, screened in porch, the lanai and the pool. The Master Suite features a king bed, high end mattress, large closet with a safe, TV and a private ensuite bathroom with oversized shower. The Guest Bedroom has a beautiful new queen platform bed with the same high end mattress so no matter where you sleep you should sleep very well. There is a queen sofabed in the living room for the 5th and 6th guest to sleep. It is brand new with a high quality mattress. Villa Bianca is set back on a hill with beautiful Terra Cotta Spanish tiles, a white exterior, mature palms, bougainvillea, and only a short walk to Grace Bay beach. Simply open up the gated entry with the press button remote, walk across the Turtle Cove Rd to the sidewalk and make a right hand turn following the sidewalk to Delancy Lane. Turn left on Delancy Lane which is a paved street lined with other luxurious villas, all having gated entries until you get to the court. There is a path on the left side of the street when you are facing north. It is 0.1 miles to the court. Then walk down the sandy path to the beach within less than 0.1 miles for a total of just under .2 miles from Villa Bianca to Grace Bay beach walking. You can also park on Delancy Lane and walk down the sandy path with your cooler, beach chairs, umbrella just to make it even easier. We also offer the use of complimentary watersports items for your enjoyment. They include Cressi Snorkel gear with adjustable fins, wide eye masks and dry snorkels. There are 2 stand up paddleboards for now and we plan to add an ocean kayak by November 2023\. You can take the paddleboards to the beach and get your exercise while sightseeing, staying cool and enjoying the view. We offer the option to rent a 23 Foot Pontoon Boat with a private captain for 1 or 2 full days from 9am to 4pm. The Captain can take you to Iguana Island, Half Moon Bay, out to the reef snorkelling for as long as you like. It is a 7 hour private trip and it is built around your interests. You get to enjoy the secluded presstine beaches along Little Water Cay, Pine Cay, Dellis Cay, Fort George Cay all the way to Parrot Cay or North Caicos if you wish to go that far. In behind Little Water Cay is Half Moon Bay. Some call it a sand bar, others a secluded bay. You can walk to the north shore to look for sand dollars and then over to Iguana Island to explore the wooden boardwalk where the indigenous rock iguana live. There is a look out along the boardwalk which is a great place to take photos featuring lush green leaves, turquoise blue ocean and a sea of boats crossing the Leeward Cut and Grace Bay. The Mangroves are just east of Half Moon Bay. You can also stop at one of the floating bars such as Noah's Ark and Captain Oak's, or just ride by and check it out. There is a Portuguese ship that ran aground in a storm many years ago. People like to climb up and jump off the ship into the water. The Caicos Banks are on the south side of the island where the ship ran aground just off Long Bay Beach. The tradewinds make Long Bay a amazing place to kiteboard. Whether you are interested in a lesson or two or are experienced and just want to rent a kite, contact one of the Kiteboarding Schools in Long Bay. TCK Kiteboarding School can be found at the beach access just east of The Shore Club. There is a wooden boardwalk leading to the beach with flags saying TCK. Long Bay is also home to Provo Ponies, the best horseback riding in TCI. Many guests enjoy riding the horse along trails to the beach and then into the ocean so the horse can enjoy what we all love, the refreshing Turquoise Blue Sea. They offer 1.5 hour excursions. I can guarantee you will enjoy the view and ambiance at Villa Bianca. It is a very relaxing, beautiful place that makes it easy to forget about everything else and just enjoy the warm tropical weather and take one day at time. Katherine and Josie are wonderful hosts! Katherine is very reponsive and sent us a lot of helpful information about Provo. We rented a Hyundai Santa Fe that is available with the property, and Katherine arranged for our transportation to and from the airport. The property was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and basic ingredients. There is a storage area with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and coolers. The pool was a good size for the four of us, and felt very private. Shark Bite, Mango Reef, Simone's, and Baci are all restaurants within walking distance. The beach within walking distance is at the end of Grace Bay and was very quiet when we were there. Smith's Reef and Coral Gardens are both a short drive. ##### Erin B. The communication and information provided by Katherine was timely, helpful, and made our stay so comfortable. The check in process with Josie and her homemade rum punch was another very nice and personalized touch. The villa is warm and inviting, has great snorkeling, kayak and paddle boards to use. The pool is a perfect size with fun pool toys for the whole family. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great. Katherine and Josie had beach towels available, beach bags, a full kitchen and grill to use. There wasn’t anything we needed that this villa didn’t have. It’s also in a great location and we felt safe. We walked to the beach, it’s a very short drive to Smith’s reef and Coral Gardens to snorkel. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Katherine's home allowed us to do exactly what we were hoping for. Even before we arrived on island, Katherine was welcoming and informative. She was in contact with us via email and text before we arrived, and stayed in contact with us via WhatsApp once we were on the island. The 2 bedrooms in the house were very nice, and it was nice to be able to walk out to the poolwithout accessing any steps. There is a view of the ocean from the one side of the pool, and the beach is a short drive down the road. We were going to go the first public beach on Lower Bight Road, but then Katherine suggested we go a little further down to the slighly hidden public access beach at Coral Gardens Hotel (which also has a very nice reef for snorkling. We rented the Honda CRV that Katherine offered, which served its purpose. It's a 4 door automatic hatchback, perfect for short drives to he beach with all the equipment in the back. Katherine had a supply of chairs, floaties, nice snorkel equipment as well as some standup boards (which can latch on top of the car). The house was quiet as far as neighbors go. It is not right on the beach, nor is the beach very walkable from here. That was offset by the pool, the privacy, and the location close to Grace Bay Beach,Turtle Cove (with a 2nd very nice snorkeling area, famous for its sea turtles & rays), as well as an easy drive to the IGA store ##### David K.
