You will then will find yourself on the “Best Beach in the World” as rated by Conde Nast and “Top Beach Destination in the World”. This privately owned condominium at Coral Gardens on Grace Bay, a classic Carribean boutique resort, is located directly on the best snorkeling reef in all of Grace Bay. This spacious luxury condominium boasts over 2100 square feet of comfort and 'feel- at-home' amenities. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, king size beds in each, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, separate dining area and kitchen bar which seats four. Also, enjoy an in-suite washer/dryer, large soaking tub in the master bath, walk-in shower, double sinks, cable television, free wifi, and local cell phone provided. The condominium has floor to ceiling, sliding glass doors, which disappear into the walls extending your living space to the surrounding patio creating a luxurious lanai effect in this ground floor unit. The patio is surrounded by a reflecting pond and bordered with a waterfall which looks out on to the gardens and unobstructed view of the beautiful ocean. You will have a front seat to some of the most beautiful sunsets right from your own patio. If your bucket list includes learning to dive or snorkeling then you have come to the right place as the Turks and Caicos Islands have the 3rd largest coral reef system in the world. The Bight Reef is directly in front of the resort and 10 feet from the waters edge, perfect for any age guest. Guests from other resorts on Grace Bay make a point to come to our reef for snorkeling. For our guests, the reef is your front door to a variety of sea life, our resident sea turtles and an occasional sighting of JoJo the dolphin. It is also an amazing location for a night dive, again, right at your front door. Providenciales is known for their many, many fine restaurants, from casual to elegant, exotic to more local fare. One of the best on the island is the casual fun atmosphere of “Somewhere Café” located right on the property and sits directly on the ocean with an upstairs and downstairs bar with happy hour starting one hour before sunset and ending one hour after sunset. Somewhere Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Somewhere Cafe will serve you drinks and food right on the beach! Do not go home without trying their fish tacos - the talk of the island! The sunset views from the upstairs bar are undeniably some of the best in Provo. The Cafe has live music every Thursday and Sunday. Although oceanfront you are unable to see the ocean when sitting on the patio due to growth of vegetation on the sand dunes. The open space off the patio was very nice, however. We felt central to the places we love. Although a car is recommended and we did rent one for our stay, we were still able to walk to many restaurants. The condo is very big with a king bed in each of the bedrooms, which have their own bathroom. The condo is a bit dated and could use some modernization. The beach area was difficult as it was not very deep and slanted, therefore laying on beach chairs was not comfortable. So we chose to mainly lounge at the pool area. The reef right in front of the condo was great for snorkelling, we saw some really cool fish. My husband enjoyed his hour long beach walk every morning. We’ve spent about 15 weeks on the island since 2019 and my husband said this was his favorite place. Unfortunately for me, being a beach person, I can’t say the same. My son, daughter in law and 1 1/2 year joined us for a week and they loved it. The condo administration was able to loan us a crib and high chair which was greatly appreciated. My step daughter and her friend, both in their late 20s joined us for a week and loved it as well. ##### Lyne C L. The furniture is lovely, comfortable and well maintained. Every kitchen item we needed was there. The outdoor patio area is very private and has a beautiful view of the water. The condo area is very quiet and we never heard our neighbors. Coral Gardens is minutes from restaurants, the IGA grocery store, and other beautiful beaches. It was fun to be able to have beautiful water for snorkeling literally steps from our back door. This is a wonderful, well cared-for condo and I highly recommend it with no hesitation.We also appreciate the timeliness and helpfulness of the office staff. Bedding was updated from the photos and the staff at Coral Gardens was terrific. There is some construction nearby, but we rarely heard it in the unit. The home is conveniently located on Grace Bay, offering front-row access to the stunning beach and the lively Bight Reef. Check-in/check-out, parking, cooking meals, and doing laundry after hours were all hassle-free. The housekeeping service and the beach towel/umbrella setup were especially appreciated! We felt right at home and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Some reviewers mentioned construction noise from the resort being built next to Coral Gardens, but that was not an issue for us. ##### Allen H. We were able to snorkel right off the beach, just steps away from the condo's patio. The pool was very close and the kids loved that too. Somewhere is just next door and has wonderful drink specials, breakfast and lunch/dinner. We appreciated Besma, who ran the front desk, and the fact that housekeeping was offered every other day. It truly lived up to it's reputation of being the best snorkel spot on the island to walk in. The unit was clean and everything worked. The wall of windows allowed for true indoor-outdoor living. Pools were great, Somewhere Restaurant was close-by, and it was an easy drive to Grace Bay downtown, or grocery stores, or more snorkeling or activities off-property.
