Modern BEACHFRONT 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with 2bed 2bath Guesthouse in high-end residential Turtle tail area. Villa Sing a Song is a one of a kind gem. We spared no expense in this development. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, a full view to the oceanside as well as independent sliding glass door access to the pool deck. The great room is a completely open and modern floor plan with a 17 ft vaulted cathedral ceiling and a 7 ft diameter ceiling fan. The 16ft sliding glass pocket door disappears into the wall confusing the outdoor and indoor space being that all tile for interior and exterior is the same limestone coral french pattern. With the sliding doors open the indoor kitchen immediately feels like an outdoor kitchen. Independently controlled ac units throughout so you can control the temperature independently in each bedroom but you will probably find you don't even need the ac considering keeping the windows and doors open in combination with the tall ceilings will give you a wonderful cool breeze. Laundry room with extra-large capacity appliances. State of the art contemporary kitchen with bar-style seating 4 on the island as well as seating for 6 in the dining area. Also seating for 4 at the kitchen bar in the guesthouse. 4k UHD LED TV with apple tv in both main and guest houses. The entire compound is wifi equipped delivering the best Internet speeds available on the island. Plunge into either of the two pools while awaiting the beautiful southwest Provo cloudless sunsets that are almost an everyday sure thing. On the patio deck, the Glass railing will never obstruct views as it is literally all floating glass with no banisters or pilings. The Beach for Sing a Song Villa is private so you will not have to deal with the crowds you see on the resort sides of the island like long bay and grace bay beaches. It is equipped with Beachbeds with Kingsize Mattresses, Beach Chairs, Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards, Beach Volleyball and also a Life-sized game of Beach Chess! There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including our 3rd Villa which is another 2bedroom with a rooftop terrace and its own pool. You can also rent Villa3 together with This 5 bdrm combination (for a total of 7bdrms) at a higher nightly rate, just send a message inquiring for more details. However If a busy beach is what you are craving, Grace Bay beach is just a 10 min drive and you are at the heart of all of Provo's 5-star resorts. If you enjoy Kite Boarding we have plenty of wind on the southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days. The master bedroom shower room allows for a party of two and even in there you will get a full view to the ocean and what we feel is the best-kept secret in beaches on the island, superior to even grace bay. We had a chef come the first night too -other than that we ate our groceries & went to dinner the last night. We rented a boat one day to go snorkel-guys went fishing one day while the girls beach bar hopped-other than that we wanted to be at the house together! I invited 4 other couples to the house. The house was amazing. Starting with entrance way, it’s like walking into another world. The house layout is modern with an open concept while allowing privacy in the bedrooms. All amenities are modern and easy to use. The guest house was equally amazing and allowed for some of my guests to have some extra privacy while only a few feet for the main house and all the action. The patio and pool space of the house is spectacular. Modern feel with stunning views. The exclusivity of the beach was perfect for our group to spend quality time together with no distractions. The day beds and kayaks were the biggest hits. The chess and volleyball did get some use, but not as much as the relaxing day beds! Although feeling very private and exclusive the house is located 15 mins from all main resorts and restaurants. We went out 2 nights for dinner and had a chef cater one dinner at the house. We sat on the patio over looking the ocean enjoying a fantastic meal. It was picturesque. We also had a chef prepare the lunches. Everything worked perfect. The service provide by the house management team helped make it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this house as a wonderful escape to paradise. My wife and I can’t wait to find an excuse to go back. ##### Daniel O. Séjour de 3 nuits en février 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Matthew L., Brooklyn 24 févr. 2018 #### Excellent house for a couple's get-away The house was spectacularly situated on the island. 15 minutes from many of the major Grace Bay Hotels, and less than that to grocery stores. Three bedrooms with excellent views and easily accomodated the three couples. Pool was lovely, but the best feature were the outdoor beds by the beach. We spent most of the days reading and swimming on the beach. The house was well-appointed, with nice appliances and we cooked several meals at home. You definitely need a car at this location, but we spent most of the vacation at the house. I will definitely come back to this house. The house manager, Jose, was very responsive and the handyman, Chobbie, responded each time we needed something fixed. Very high quality experience. ##### Matthew L. It is absolutely exceptional. The entire living area opens up to a pool, deck and an incredible beach view. The private beach, and built in lounge areas on the sand are in perfect condition and make the entire property feel as upscale as any high-end luxury resort. Grace Bay is just 10 minutes away. The owner, Jose, was highly communicative, professional, and responsive. This is world-class house. We will definitely return!! ##### Karen P. I stayed here for a full week with my girlfriend and another 2 couples. From start to finish the experience was amazing. Each of the three rooms' had a clear view of the ocean - beautiful views. It is close enough to all the action but far away enough to have complete privacy. The pool overlooking the ocean is the ideal spot to spend your days as well. This was my first time using VRBO and getting a condo as opposed to a hotel, and I will never go back. I highly recommend SingaSong Villas to any group of couples, friends or family to getaway.
