Our Hosts Marta & Mike were very welcoming, personable and most accomodating.The location is idyllic, with beautiful flowers & trees adorning the entire property.The grounds are impeccably maintained. Our Villa was perfect for the the two of us. Very quiet, clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated to make you feel right at home.The pool area was an ideal place to relax and enjoy reading a book, catch some sun and a dip in the well maintained pool. There's also a very nice covered area next to the pool with a barbecue grill & some picnic tables if you care to grill & chill. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, hosts or location. For us it was the perfect relaxing get away spot and we will definitely be coming back! The grounds within the facility are lush, beautiful, meticulously maintained, with a wide variety of island foliage beauty and colors. The location is especially perfect, because you are just far enough away from the bustle of the downtown commerce to provide you peace and quiet, but close enough to get there in literally minutes. A full-sized grocery is just a 3 minute drive from the Villa. Each of the Villas are strategically placed to enjoy sunrises over Flamingo Lake, which is right across the street from the site. To the stunning Sunsets from the back of the property looking out to the sea, from overtop of the Marina. Location, location, location! We settled in so easily and with Marta’s advice we experienced the island like locals. The villas are beautiful and centrally located if you are renting a car and are in the mood to explore. The villa has everything you need to feel like home full kitchen with all the bits and bobs and a safe to keep your things safe. The wifi worked really great and it was nice having both cable and Netflix to choose from on nights when we wanted to be lazy and recover from Long Beach/snorkeling days.
