Alize Villa is a modern 4-bedroom property with a private pool, tropical gardens, and direct access via a private pathway to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Long Bay Beach.

Further afield – and a short drive – is Grace Bay, where the numerous delights include a choice of luxury, fine dining restaurants, bars, and shops. #### Ten days away

Great property with good response from host/mgmt. Quick walk to the beach. The only reason we gave it 4 stars for listing was that it had twins listed (or pictured - I forget) for one room, and the bed was a queen instead. It worked out fine for brothers to bunk together, but it would have been awkward for adult males who were not relatives. We loved the kitchen amenities (Ninja blender and Nespresso machine), and the hosts were responsive to our needs with quick response times. The pantry even had a rolling cooler for the beach which was a game changer for us for the beach. Long bay beach is windy and because of this there is a bit of jet ski/kite sailing traffic in the area on the beach (which actually made for great views of the kites even from the house). We were still able to swim, but the jet skis were a little too close for comfort. This is NOT the fault of the property managers, but something to be aware of (because this side of the island is so shallow, swimmers can walk/swim for hundreds of yards (maybe even a mile). If you're an avid swimmer, bring a swimmer buoy so the water traffic can see you. We had chairs set up every day, and enjoyed our own slice of beach with nominal foot traffic. We enjoy walking and running, and the road leading to the property was great for that. Nice breeze, great properties to look at and light, friendly traffic. Multiple patios and patio accesses gave all 8 of us space to relax, gather, or spread out for some quiet time.

We loved our stay at Alize Villa! Long Bay Beach is stunning and just a short walk away and it was amazing to have beach chairs setup daily for our group by the host. The house fit our group well with quiet and private bedrooms and lots of common space indoors and outdoors. Lots nearby from the marina and Grace Bay. I would definitely return to Turks and stay with this host. Thanks!

#### Island Getaway with Friends

The property was perfect for 4 Couples. It was just a short walk to which seemed like a private beach for our group and to a few accommodating resorts. It was also an easy drive to numerous dining places, the golf course, and other water sport adventure establishments. The home was clean and spacious. The bedrooms downstairs gave our group couples private space while the spacious kitchen and living area upstairs allowed for a little together time to reminisce. The check in and check out process was simple with easy to understand documentation. Finally, the communication process while we were on the property was excellent and TKCA was very responsive to our questions and needs. This property is a definite recommendation for a Couples Island Getaway

What I loved most about the property is that everyone room had its own private bathroom. Also it needs to be disclosed on how deep the pool is. Even though it states that the beach is a few minutes away. It’s definitely a slight trek. Overall the location was amazing, close to everything. And the property was clean. Definitely will recommend.

Just a short walk to gorgeous beach, and an easy drive to numerous dining/shopping places. The home was clean and spacious. The property was very clean and spacious with enough room for everyone to have their own private space. Our only complaint is that the home was bit beat up and could benefit from some freshening up and updating. The beach was secluded and well maintained - any sea weed that washed ashore overnight was cleaned up daily. The pool was great and was also maintained on a daily basis. I can't say enough for the service we received from Gertrude, Beverly and the maintenance team at TKCA! We had one major issue and a few minor issues during our stay that were taken care of promptly and courteously. They went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and as stress free as possible. We have stayed at many vacation rentals and the service we received by TKCA was by far the best!

I brought my teens and their friends and we had a perfect stay! Two minute walk to beach down a private path. Great pool. 5 min drive to show/restaurants along Grace Bay.

#### Great house on its in path to essentially a private beach

The house was one the best houses rented on a vacation. Rooms are spacious, very clean, plenty of supplies. The rental agency responded via email within the hour if we asked a question. The beach was a quick path walk down and very peaceful.

This rental property far exceeded expectations. It is more beautiful than the pictures. The location was great, not on grace bay beach, which we liked as we had more privacy. Quick walk to the beach. Amazing pool. The managers were responsive and helpful. Will come back year after year!!

Property was clean and very functional... close to a beautiful beach and not too far from Grace Bay. Would recommend for sure.. and will probably be back !
