I lost my phone (with all of my son's wedding photos that I hadn't had a chance to back up) in the ocean in a waterproof cover. They jumped in with snorkel gear, and Jose came up with it.....I have never been so relieved! They turned what could have been a disaster of a vacation into a relaxing, enjoyable time. They didn't want any money, but were happy to help me. I will DEFINITELY go back (already planning for next November), perfect weather!"
