There are several paid parking lots just a couple minutes away, but getting a ticket, or paying for parking is around the same cost (about $25-$35). If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed. The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 4 steps to get into the building. We were on the third floor. Winding staircase up to the third floor was a little narrow, but very negotiable. Two great bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Great for couples or families. Ultra clean. Walked everywhere but one brunch. Parking pass was nice for moving in. Easy to access. Nice safe neighborhood. This rental is basically like having a fully equipped 2 BR suite at a nice hotel. Very comfy beds and gorgeous balcony and view. It doesn’t feel lived in like many rentals, but that's preferable to us. The street is busy/a little traffic noisy starting at around 5am so bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper (worked for me). Will for sure book again and hopefully longer stay next time! ##### Kazia L.
