The cottage is located near Buffalo Creek Marina and Restaurant. It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch! The space The cottage is waterfront and set in a little quiet cove, perfect for swimming and fishing. It has a shared dock with great neighbors. You will have access to two kayaks. Other things to note NO events or parties.
