"I booked West coast private but due to a mix up ended up at the sister property South coast private. I was pleased with the apartment overall. It was comfortable, well stocked and beautifully decorated.There were lots of towels, beach chairs and good kitchen utensils. The property has a side view of beautiful Maxwell beach but it is very close to the street so at night you hear the ocean but also some street noise. I recommend including ice trays and adding a vanity for cosmetics. Linens...

"This property is in a great very safe location, close to a supermarket and a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. From where it’s situated you can easily get to anywhere using public transport, the bus stop is down the bottom of the road which is a fun way to see the island. "Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was very good…they were able to accommodate severe allergies with one of our friends. Nightly entertainment was great and then night was finished in the piano bar. It would have been nice to have a pianist every night instead of just music. Bars and bartenders were awesome….but the main bars closed at roughly 10:30 which meant you had to go to piano bar for a drink instead of sitting outside. Spa was very relaxing. Recreation team were top notch. Special shoutout to Rohan, Vembe, Mia and GM Caroline! "

"The hotel is clean and well organized. Nice breakfast, Andrea makes great omelets, good beach service, buffet food was vey good and varied. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere and the guests were very well behaved. The beach is very lovely and there is plenty of shade. Sunsets at the beach bar were amazing.The staff was very friendly.We seldom stay at all-inclusives, but would return here."
