Located 85 km from the gates of Paris, 45 minutes from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport, and 30 minutes from Beauvais airport; a Property with two COUNTRY COTTAGES, one up to 14 beds in the LONGERE and the other 11 beds in the BARN in an old Picardy farmhouse in a small, preserved village in the Compiègnois region, dating from the early 18th century in stone and bricks , completely renovated but retaining its charm of yesteryear, with its exposed beams and fireplaces with wood stove.   
  
In the tradition of the farms of the time, it is reached by a large carriage door to the courtyard, where the GÎTES are located, with a small garden in the interior courtyard, and a large garden of approximately 800 m2 planted with trees and quiet in the back of the property.

\- 1 Gîte, 1 night: 395 € for 10 people (only possible from Monday to Friday morning; beyond 10/12 people, it is necessary to rent the 2 Gîtes in the same property) .

We offer 8 bedrooms / sleeping areas (5 in the farmhouse, 3 in the barn) and whose sleeping arrangements are as follows:

\- 3 double sofa beds in the living rooms (some additional extra beds would be tolerated).  
  
Included services:  
\- Full privatization of the property, which consists of 2 fully equipped and furnished gites - La Longere and La Grange - on 1200m2 of land including 250m2 of living space, with a large space of 60m2 for seated meals (maximum 30 guests) or small receptions indoors,  
\- Direct access to the large garden with trees at the rear of the property and direct access to the air for games and sports (soccer fields, basketball, skate park, pétanque, ping pong table and small park for children).  
  
NOTE: our lodgings are not designed or regulated to function as party rooms, but as accommodation for meetings and celebrations with family or friends.  
As such, parties with public address cannot be accepted.

5 bedrooms, including 4 upstairs, located in a row but separated by partitions. Cottage On 2 levels with 2 bathrooms and WC, (one per level), one with bath, the other with shower.

\- 2 adjoining double bedrooms facing each other on either side of the stairwell (no partition) with 2 double beds (sleeps 4 in total)  
\- 2 other bedrooms separated by 2 partitions, in a row with in one 1 double bed 140cm; in the 2nd small bedroom, alcove type: 2 140cm beds each, ideal for 4 children or young people  
  
Bathroom (decorated in blue) just next to it, at the bottom of the floor.   
  
Ground floor bedroom:  
  
\- 1 double bedroom with 140cm bed.  
\- 1 bed 90cm  
\- Shower room with WC next door.   
  
DESCRIPTION OF GITE 2: LA GRANGE  
  
Ground floor: A large volume (60m2, 4.50m high under ceiling) in stone and exposed beams. Open space kitchen, dining room where we provide our tenants with 2 large tables (one of which is folding), living room with large fireplace with Alsatian stove, 2 convertible sofas, 1 bench, 2 seats  
  
ON THE FLOOR: 1 closed bedroom, 25m2, with 4 beds in 2 double beds, 1 double sofa-bed, communicating with the bathroom with WC. a Mezzanine with 1 double bed 140cm and 1 single bed; a second mezzanine 1 double bed 140cm.  
  
The cottage offers all the comforts of modern homes, while enjoying a green setting in the countryside; the surroundings are ideal for lovers of nature, the practice of sports such as mountain biking and hiking of all kinds.   
A large leisure area in the town is located just behind the house with direct access, with a children's park, soccer field, skatepark, basketball, table tennis, pétanque.   
  
The region is very rich in historical and cultural places.   
The nearest shops are 2km away, and fresh produce can also be obtained from the surrounding farms.
