Unit Layout  
This 3-room house features a spacious area of 65 square meters, spread across two levels. The property has recently undergone partial renovations in 2023, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. On the main level, you'll find a room with a comfortable French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, two gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complete with a dining table. Additionally, this level offers a shower/WC and a living area with satellite TV and air conditioning. Moving up to the upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you'll discover another living room featuring a double sofa bed (130 cm wide and 200 cm long), satellite TV, and air conditioning. This floor also includes a room with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and a small, open kitchen with two hot plates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, along with an additional shower/WC.

During your vacation, you can enjoy a range of amenities designed to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The property is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate. A washing machine is provided for your laundry needs, and a barbecue area is available for outdoor grilling and dining experiences.
